The breakfast was delicious and wonderful staff. The hotels location was perfect, and the Cherry Hill area is such a beautiful area of Denver!

Overall nice hotel
Customer service stands improvement. 1) upon checkout receptionist aid “she can’t do anything with that ticket” when I gave it to her. Unnecessary comment. Just direct me to give it to valet. 2) Black out shade didn’t work. We had to stand on desk to pull it down. It was fixed the next day, but still didn’t work. It didn’t work in kids room either. Poor design. 3) water fountains overly complicated (they look nice though) but times we couldn’t figure it out. Juice not worth the squeeze. 4) late check out still had lady knocking on our door in morning to confirm check out time. I was asleep at the time. She was nice enough, but again just an unnecessary interaction. 5) Not sure what the daily amenity charge is. Only saw the sign upon
Checkout. Seems ticky tacky if it is indeed incremental. Breakfast was good. Bar the night before was good. Overall it was fine.
My wife and I had wonderful experience. The facility, its furnishings and cleanliness, the food and most of all the staff were the best. It made our New Eve staycation become a great memory.
We had a wonderful stay at The Jacquard Hotel in Cherry Creek. We were celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday with her friends, and the service was truly amazing. The team went out of their way to decorate the room and send sweet treats, making the experience feel extra special. Everyone was welcoming and friendly.
The room felt luxurious with high ceilings, a very comfortable bed, and high-end bathroom products. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by great restaurants and just a five-minute walk to Cherry Creek Mall with Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Neiman Marcus, and Tiffany & Co.
We loved this hotel - beautifully designed, hospitable front desk, valet, bell and restaurant staff and super walkable in a fabulous shopping and restaurant area. Would definitely come back again. The only strange thing is the texting functionality: the hotel sent me a pre check-in text asking me if they could prepare anything for me. I responded with a request and then after no reply I texted again - still nothing. When I checked in the front desk staff was surprised too - they had no record on their end of my replies. Extra strange because the two way texting worked fine between me and the Westin we stayed in the other day.
Our view was supposed to be Mountain View and it was obstructed by construction.
And the hot tub was under maintenance which we was unaware of very disappointed
Pros: (1) Heated year-round rooftop pool and hot tub with nice views, (2) great walkable location in Cherry Creek, (3) Narrative Restaurant is attached to The Jacquard, (4) rooms are clean and modern, (5) staff do a great job of keeping the property clean, (6) valet was easy and seamless - you simply text a number before you want your car and they have it waiting for you at the entrance.
Cons: (1) Used Amex Platinum to book but the hotel staff were unsure about what Amex benefits attached (had daily complimentary breakfast and $100 credit, etc.) or how to apply benefits to my stay, overheard other guest having the same problem/question, (2) shower temperature early in the morning (i.e., 5:00 a.m.) doesn't get hot (it's happened on multiple stays) - later in the day temp is fine, (3) the on-sight gym is lacking for true fitness/weightlifting enthusiasts and needs an equipment updated.
It had been several years since I stayed at Jacq. Still has the charm and high end experience I remembered. Keep up the great work.

The selling points here are perfect Cherry Creek location and wonderful service from the staff. In every role people do their best. The negatives are really dated linens and towels that are supposed to white but are grey and room decor that needs freshening
The pillows were too hard and the comforter was too heavy. We could rarely get the toilet in our room to flush. The light switches/lights were not working properly in the room.
The room we had specifically reserved became unavailable because another customer decided to stay over another night.
We could not check in to the room that they assigned to us until well after our check in time.
Lot’s of construction going on all around the Hotel.
I would not recommend this Hotel for a stay in Cherry Creek North.

The Jaquard is perfectly located on the outskirts of Denver, so pretty!
Cherry creek mall was all we needed.
Endless restaurants steps from the hotel. Valet or on street parking worked (hours depending)
Valet & front of house staff were super friendly & offered first class service.

The only small thing that happened was that since we are Marriott Platinum members we were told we would have an upgrade to a Mountain View room. When we got there our room was definitely not Mountain View. It looked right into someone’s condo. I did mention it to the front desk and they offered to look, but we were leaving very early so I did not push it. Just kind of weird to get a text about an upgrade and then not have one.
Great location and hotel was superb! Clean and modern room with mountains out the window. Easy check in and good value for quality of the hotel.
