Oversold and underperforming.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and all the appliances worked. They take noise enforcement and security seriously. Desk agents did what they could to be accommodating, or at least pleasant. Room service prompt to clean on request. The restaurant had tasty meatballs.

Cons:

Had family staying in the adjacent room prior to our arrival who told us that there was a drunken domestic dispute that they had to call security numerous times to resolve. When we walked into that room, there was still mystery liquid splashed on the sofa bed, wall, and curtains. My wife found two shards of glass in the carpet and I found three more. I called the front desk, who sent someone up with a vacuum cleaner, and even then, my wife saw thick dust on the corner edges of the carpet. Other random areas were obviously not dusted or cleaned regularly. Not a great environment for our 3-year-old, nor what you'd expect for the price per night of a king suite. There was some gangbanger-looking guy puffing on a cigarette each time we pulled up to the carport, with nobody enforcing the non-smoking sign.

The housekeeping staff themselves routinely blocked the two elevators, or used them for their cleaning carts--I guess the property doesn't have staff or industrial lifts? The elevators were already completely insufficient to manage the volume of guests, and we frequently waited up to 5 minutes for an elevator with space. Despite booking.com reporting that breakfast is available, all food must be purchased through their in-hotel pub, which charges an average of $15 per (small) entree.

Finally, we abruptly needed to leave the hotel a day early, and told them 36 hours in advance. They told us to contact booking.com, who told us to ask the hotel for approval. The hotel stressed contacting booking.com. I called b.com's customer support, who called the property, who denied my request for a partial refund. They acted like they were powerless to enforce

The only real issue was when the Pepsi truck hit the overhang and set the alarm off and water flowing under the overhang

Muy sucio y falta de respuesta, mucho polvo nunca limpiaron las alfombras en 1 año por lo menos.
Cons:

En nuestro hospedaje no nos hicieron la limpieza correspondiente, con al excusa de que no quedo cargado en el sistema. Adicionalmente movimos la cama y estaba lleno de polvo, galletas viejas comidas y paquetes. Muy sucio y desagradable todo!.

Comfortable but noisy.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

We were in room 107 on the main floor and it was next to a utility closet. Someone made a racket there, and there were people making a lot of noise in the lobby in the mornings.

Pros:

Did not stay at property cancelled reservation cannot get my refund because cannot get a representative from either party to call each other to confirm the reservation was cancelled and approved even though i sent several emails from the property and from booking. Noone will call each other. Im out 266. And never stayed there. I'm calling better business bureau

Love the place always clean and the staff is very helpful
Pros:

We did not get breakfast.
I am from Long Island and my wife, and I travel from Georgia to come up there to visit my family. Love the place and love the location it is. Very close to my family so we don't have to travel longer to see them.

Cons:

Wish breakfast was included with the stay.
