What it use to be
Pros:

Spending time with my family. Thats it, this hotel went down a bit.

Cons:

The food, there's no good restaurants in the area, the hallway carpet is real dirty... the rep behind the desk accepting my info gling to ask me, do I have a ID? I found that to be a bit racist! When the Caucasian guy was told, let me see your ID. Listen retrain your workers tgank you... i will be looking for another pla e to enjoy with my family. Also the wifi is extreamly slow. Look at what my kids and myself were subject to look it.

Met expectations.

Liked the outdoor areas and the restaurant.

Cons:

I forgot I had pre-paid for breakfasts when I made my reservations a month prior so did not use them. It would have been nice if the clerk at check in had reminded me! Also room never cleaned during 3 day stay however towels were provided.

Good stay. Clean, Easy to get around, pool was fun.

The front staff was amazing, friendly and kind. The bartender was friendly and kind and made good drinks,

Cons:

next morning staff was not. I don't know if they were overwhelmed, but no smiles, seemed frustrated with everyone.

Overall, it was good.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful when sorting out a booking issue. The breakfast was tasty. The pool was fine and the room was clean which is the most important thing.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great. It was warm and you can’t adjust the thermostat. Price seemed a little high for the stay.
