Pros:

O hotel tem uma aparência ótima, bem localizado, bom restaurante e funcionários atenciosos

Cons:

Quando puxei a colcha da cama para dormir, o lençol estava sujo. Pra piorar, a mancha tinha aspecto de sangue. Um completo absurdo. Claramente a roupa de cama não foi trocada. Vinicius, da recepção, rapidamente me trocou de quarto, mas, infelizmente, fiquei até desconfiada da limpeza do novo quarto.

Pros:

Quarto pequeno, porém muito confortável e aconchegante. Café da manhã excelente.

Cons:

Ficar hospedado no térreo, muito barulho de pessoas andando, conversando alto no bar e pegando elevador na porta do meu quarto.

Gostei muito de tudo do hotel conforto ,segurança e perto de tudo , amamos o restaurante o serviço do restaurante PILO e muito bom e custo benefício incrível, gostei muito do conforto do hotel do quarto , cama e conforto , tudo limpo e organizado!!

Cons:

Estacionamento do hotel , acredito que organização dos carros poderia ser diferente, sei que o espaço e pequeno, porém entendo que teria que ter uma prioridade maior para quem está hospedado, mas isso me refiro a espaço mesmo por que os funcionários são muito solícitos e isso ajudou muito

Cons:

É impossível comunicar com o hotel, pois respondem sempre com uma mensagem automática, não dando seguimento a qualquer pedido. Se necessitar de uma fatura/nota fiscal, NÃO RESERVE ESTADIA NESTE HOTEL.
