Большинство отзывов, оставленных об отеле соотвествует действительности, поэтому много писать нет смысла.. Хороший отель, выполненный в турецком стиле. Самое главное - все очень чисто и аккуратно. Хорошее качественное постельное белье. Есть лифт. Заехали без проблем, хозяйка всегда на связи. Про мнения о районе с сомнительными личностями, скорее, это преувеличение. Видели поздно вечером таких парней, даже поговорили- обычные люди, коих полно вокруг Таксима. Зато здесь тихо, никтот не сигналить и не кричит.

Friendly owner Sultana provides Spacious and clean apartment unit. Few groceries nearby. Walking distance to Taksim square. Lots of shopping, Atm and restaurants in Taksim Meydani.

Cons:

Unit situated in Taksim hilly area. Have to walk up the hill to reach main road. Roads leading to unit is narrow. Fit for one car.

Exceptional stay
Pros:

The owner, sultana, was very caring, sweet and nice.
They cleaned the room every day, with new towels and bedsheets and the service was amazing - we would wake up late and somehow they would still be able to do the room for us. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious for the price. The roads and the outside might scare you and in the beginning they may feel a bit unsafe, but I can reassure you that the location is the best, it’s just 10 minutes walk from taksim and istiklal street, the neighborhood is lovely and there’s a mini market on the same street with a very nice owner. Overall the stay was perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing, I highly recommend.
I came with my boyfriend an we are both beyond grateful for our stay.

Pros:

Attentive staff, clean and cozy hotel, comfortable beds. We stayed in December, and the rooms had good heating. The hotel is close to the center, but quiet and peaceful at night. I recommend it.

The best host ever!
Pros:

The host is just amazing. She let us choose the room as she had 2 available, she was super helpful with all our questions and arranged for me the wi fi connection (as I needed to work) to a different hotel when the existing internet provider had some disruption.
The room was lovely, cozy, big enough, with everything that one can require during the stay. Location is great, lots of tourist attractions including Istiklal are just around the corner.

Cons:

Can’t even mention anything as it was great.

Süßes kleines Hotel in guter Lage. Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Sultana hat uns herzlich begrüßt und viele gute Tipps gegeben. Wir waren begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ich habe mich während meines 11-tägigen Aufenthalts in diesem Hotel von Anfang an richtig wohlgefühlt.
Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich herzlich von Sultana empfangen und hatte sofort das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein.
Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt, warm und sehr angenehm.
Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, gemütlich und perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Besonders schön war der persönliche Umgang und die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin.
Sultana war immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.
Man merkt sofort, dass ihr das Wohl der Gäste wirklich sehr wichtig ist.
Ich habe mich hier wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Auch der Service insgesamt war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super und vieles ist schnell erreichbar.
Trotzdem kann man hier wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen.
Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts habe ich mich sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt absolut.
Ich werde und würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Очень атмосферное место и номера в турецком стиле. Рядом популярная улица Истикляль, метро 1 мин до автобусной остановки с которой можно поехать куда угодно. Много хороших бюджетных заведений в паре мин доступности
