Lovely traditional building. Great location. Indoor pool .

Limited food menu, noisy in hotel room as can hear others loudly from other rooms.
Food was lovely. Hotel was lovely and clean.
There was a power cut my kids got scared! We had to just go to bed as it was so dark.
Stayed in the family room. Good pool. Good location.! Room was clean else. Breakfast was just alright. Staff were fine, would have been nicer if they were friendlier. If I stay here again it would just be for the pool which my kid loved - Not crowded and adequately heated.
Beds not the most comfortable especially the single bed in the family room. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, although was expecting something of the sort from some reviews on Google. Bathroom had no shower curtain which was a bit ridiculous, not even a raised edge to the shower area, so water everywhere!

Hot breakfast precooked and hard bacon and sausage. Only scrambled eggs no fried but continental was good.Not very pleasant breakfast atmosphere or reception.Lack plugs in room and had to move kettle to very small table to plug in so dangerous.
This was a stay for my parents as it was also my dad’s birthday at the same time. They loved the hotel by all accounts
