Beautiful property, great location and the staff are all friendly and attentive
Very clean, decor lovely and stunning views
Lovely receptionist explained everything. Free car park, comfy clean bed, tea and coffee in the room
The pool closed at 5.30pm. Lake view means standing on a chair to look out of high narrow windows overlooking kitchen roof. Silly squabbles in the restaurant with two separate couples wanting to share a starter and main course which the restaurant wasn’t prepared to do. I’d stay there again.
Our recent experience with Windermere Manor Hotel belies the PR overture soliciting your custom. In busy lives, unanticipated matters may force change and an acute need on this occasion requested a simple change of dates a mere week apart. This was beyond the capability or countenance of this hotel, although rooms were shown available. As a result, I am substantially out of pocket. The arrogant and dismissive attitude encountered necessitates a warning to others - go elsewhere.
Great location and nice setting
It was a lovely old building, peaceful, the views are amazing
There was a distinct lack of communication between us and the staff, we asked how much it would be to move to an annex room and was told someone would get back to us but no one came to give us the info also we had booked an afternoon team for a particular day but was told when we went to the restaurant that it wasn’t booked so we had to go back the next day
The welcome from the staff and helpfulness was excellent. The pool was very welcome after our walk back to the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the food was delicious. Definetly be back again but will bring the rest of the family and the dogs.

The location was amazing and anywhere further that we wanted to travel to was easily done so by bus or local taxis. Staff were lovely. Room was clean and spacious. We also really appreciated the enclosed area where we could let our dog odd the lead. We didn't know that was there when booking so was a lovely surprise. We enjoyed our stay.
