Friendly staff, very helpful and on time. Room was clean and spacious.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming when we arrived and also during our stay. I would say that the staff would be the cornerstone of this hotel. Since we are non-smokers, we did smell smoke in our room, even though that it was a non-smoking room. Other than that, we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

We stayed for one night in late August. Below are some points to consider:
1. The hotel is a good value for money
2. The staff were friendly in general. Communication language is generally a problem with most Turkish since they don’t speak other than Turkish.
3. Rooms were clean and tidy
4. Breakfast was good enough
5. The bus station is just a 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel which gives its location an advantage, but the train station and airport require a bus or taxi transportation

I looked at Booking.com review on this hotel -- based on what it said, it was second closest from the airport with better review & price --- so I booked it for two nights. I was catching up with friend there so I was hoping that hotel is reasonably good.
From the airport, it costed us 30TL -- which is a lot (well, nearly the double of what you would normally pay to get to city centre) so we were not impressed. When I got there, the whole hotel was covered with scafolding -- they were trying to do a significant renovation to the hotel -- but because of that the view from the room was awful. When I went in to our room, the part of ceiling the bathroom was missing - bathroom definitely needed to re-do. Only plus point abou the hotel was air-conditioning system works really well! room smelt a bit funny.
Our disaster did not stop there -- following morning, when I tried to take shower, there was no hot water! If you are in Adana with 39c outside whole day, not taking a shower in the morning was definitely not an option! so we asked them to change the room -- the other room was definitely better but still funny smell was there (cross between fag + dump?)
We had to swap the room in the morning - becaues I could not go out with a shower! I was getting late for my appointment because of this and I was not impressed at all.
While we stayed in the room and browsing the TV channels, there were 2 adult channels (free view - no restriction to the channel access) - I nearly passed out on the floor -- you definitely can not stay there if you are travelling with kids. Well, I surely wouldn't!
When we tried to check out, none of the credit card facility worked --- the area has no bank or any facility around. Not impressed.
Although hotel staff were friendly and tried their best, the basic facility was not set up well there. because they are going through the renovation, they might improve in the future -- but based on my experience, I will not go back and stay there again until I read better review from somewhere. Mind you, the price of the room was good - and now I wonder why.

This two star hotel is located on the outskirts of Adana in a semi industrial area. Our guide, Tigran Babayan, kept to a budget to line his pocket and would not consider another hotel. Adana has grown over the last several years and there is even a Hilton here. So you can do well if you want better.

Small hotel but somewhat clean. Hotel staff were very eager to serve. Rooms were modest but acceptable and clean. AC worked and that is a good thing as it is swelteringly hot and humid in the summer. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Beds were clean and comfortable.

This hotel might be good for a night and only if you have transportation as there is nothing close by of interest.
