Foarte bine
Pros:

Parcare mare, acces facil, curățenie impecabilă, singurul reproș ar fi patul puțin cam mic și cam inconfortabil. În rest totul excelent, personal foarte amabil, mic dejun foarte bun.

Pros:

Essen abends im Hotel möglich. Räder konnten in der abgeschlossen Garage abgestellt werden. Nettes und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer ging zur Straße, Lärm war aber nicht so schlimm. Aber die Kirchenglocken haben und um 6 Uhr geweckt.

Gutes Preis-/Leisungsverhältnis
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit guter Straßenbahnanbindung, um nach Augsburg zu kommen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und gut. Die Betten waren bequem.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren

Hiermit möchte ich eine formelle Beschwerde bezüglich einer über Booking gebuchten Hotelreservation für einen unserer Mitarbeiter einreichen.

Unser Mitarbeiter ist ordnungsgemäss im Hotel angekommen und die Buchung wurde über Booking vorgenommen. Für die Reservation war eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt und bestätigt. Vor Ort wurde unser Mitarbeiter jedoch ohne vorgängige Information gezwungen, den gesamten Betrag direkt und bar zu bezahlen, da das Hotel angeblich nicht in der Lage war, die hinterlegte Kreditkarte zu belasten.

Ein solches Vorgehen ist bereits äusserst unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Noch gravierender ist jedoch, dass unserem Mitarbeiter vor Ort sogar die Ausweisdokumente abgenommen wurden, um zu verhindern, dass er das Hotel verlässt. Dieses Verhalten ist absolut unzulässig und aus unserer Sicht völlig inakzeptabel.

Wir erwarten von einer Plattform wie Booking, dass die angebotenen Unterkünfte gewisse Mindeststandards bezüglich Professionalität und Umgang mit Gästen erfüllen. Das Verhalten dieses Hotels entspricht in keiner Weise einem akzeptablen Standard.

Wir bitten Sie daher, diesen Vorfall umgehend zu prüfen und entsprechende Massnahmen einzuleiten. Aus unserer Sicht sollte ernsthaft geprüft werden, ob eine solche Unterkunft weiterhin über Ihre Plattform angeboten werden kann.

Zudem erwarten wir eine Stellungnahme zu diesem Vorfall.
