The shower in the bath room was terrible, however they had a bath too, so not all was lost.

I've been in this city for the 4th time and for the first time in this hotel and I'm really surprised by the professionalism, I really recommend it, I will come back
Comfortable, clean rooms in good location
Breakfast in basenent felt a bit gloomy. As a single guest, I was searted at a table behind a pillar, away from the other guests and it didn't feel very pleasant.
The staff were very friendly and chatty
The bed was the most uncomfortable that I've ever slept on, in fact I didn't sleep at all, the mattress was so hard that it felt it was lead-lined, I would have probably got more sleep if I lay on the floor.
I did mention to the front reception , whose reply was that they were new mattresses.
If this was at Premier Inn, they would have refunded the money without question...
Lovely team of staff in every area, nothing was too much trouble. Clean and comfortable room, great breakfast, right on the seafront and close to amenities. Parking permit if you can find a space on the street.
Noise, it's a busy area, street noise until quite late, (Saturday evening). My room (23) was right next to stairs and a fire door, so banging closed all night.

Bathroom needs attention as shower head was dirty and shelf loose.
