Pros:

Sparkly clean room. Comfortable bed.
Sea view
Handy parking..if you are lucky to get a space outside as we did
Friendly staff .. especially the happy singing breakfast lady.
Happy hour!...and importantly a lift!!!!

Cons:

Not that important, but a coffee pod machine would be good

Every time we go to a new hotel we are going into the. Unknown. This hotel fitted our needs perfectl
Pros:

We only stayed two nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Initial introduction to the hotel was basic . Don’t let that put you off. There wasn’t anything at all that we were not happy with

Excellent Stay
Pros:

The staff are friendly, the hotel was clean and the room was really nice with a double balcony windows and the bed was very comfortable and a jacuzzi bath

Cons:

I like the whole experience and will go back, stayed a few times before

Great hotel. Fantastic weekend.
Pros:

We had a fantastic 2night stay. We stayed in room 2with a sea view and balcony and made the most of that as it was in the shade and that certainly was needed this weekend. The room was lovely and clean,beds comfy and the housekeeping refreshed all for day 2 which was fantastic. Check in was hassle free as was getting served in the bar which we found really great prices. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked fresh and the porridge was the best I have tasted in years. Really it was so tasty. Loved the fact as well that all yogurts and milk was kept in the fridge so kept cold, a nice touch. All the staff were really friendly and chatty. Car parking is a drop lucky situation but the fact its free with the returnable permit pass was a bonus, but the main payable car park is only 5min walk so no massive headache if you can't street park. Walk into town and harbour is 5 mins if that and lots independent shops too which is nice to see. Have to say as well weymouth is so clean, no litter and the council were emptying the bins early as the birds were in there! It was a pleasure to stay here at the rex. We would certainly return and recommend you to all.
