Pros:

Mancarea diversificata, cu feluri repetitive la 3 zile, se facea pe loc mancarea, carnea de vita picanta era exceptionala, si copiilor le-a placut pizza.

Cons:

Piscina avea apa cam rece, 20 - 22 grade celsius, ar trebui investit in incalzirea ei, si control mai atent la ocuparea sezlongurilor cu prosoape de vizitatori care nici nu stateau la piscina, dar ocupau preventiv.

Много шумна музика на басейна следобед, въпреки че няма никаква програма. Просто адски шумна музика.
Недрожелюбен персонал в основния ресторант / особено барманчето на бара с напитките сутрин. Подобно беше и в ала карт ресторанта на обяд - само правила. Какъв е този ала карт ресторант щом сам трябва да отидеш да си вземеш питие?
Доста мръсно на басейна, рядко виждах да го чистят, доста пясък имаше постоянно.
Камериерката сложи чаршафа с огромно мазно петно, след като пожелахме да го смени го смени с мръщене и така била га дала пералнята. Не си върши добре работата, не беше чисто в стаята, след като беше минавала.
Просто смяна кърпи и чаршафи. Последният ден дойде да тропа от 09.20, при положение че напускането е до 11.00. Доста грубо....
Рускоговорящият персонал е доста/ дори прекалено млад / персонал навсякъде е необучен и претупват работата.
Иначе е бил страхотен хотел.

Pros:

Местоположението е отлично. Персоналът е изключително мил и любезен, но щеше да е много по-прияъно, ако по-голяма част говоха български език. Анимацията и басейнът са супер, както и сауната и масажите. Стаята беше чиста и просторна с отлична гледка. Беше тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

Храната не беше разнообразна, а плодовете с лошо качество. Всички бъркана безобразно в сладоледа, а после забравяха вратата отворена. Коктейлите и част от напитките на плажа се доплажаха, при положение, че сме заплатили за all inclusive.

Рай за децата, но прекалено шумно вечер и рано сутрин!
Pros:

Хареса ни локацията на хотела и пързалките за деца. Хората на рецепция бяха много любезни, както и тези в ресторанта!

Cons:

Всяка сутрин в 6:00 хигиенистките започват да чистят като стържат металните маси и столове пред лоби бара (стаите са отгоре)! Няма как да се спи на отворен прозорец!!!Да не говорим , че вечер не може да се спи от шумни и почерпени румънци!Човек вместо да релаксира се напряга!

Un resort plăcut, cu piscine, mâncare bună, atmosferă de vacanță și tot ce ai nevoie pentru câteva zile în care să uiți de griji. 🌴🍹
