Cons:

Nearly same food every day and was cold. No taste for the food everything was tasting the same. I asked them to clean my room. They never did and plenty more. Badly drinks.

Acrivitati super pentru copii..atat la piscina cat si la locurile amenajate

Cons:

Camera spatioasa..insa curatenia a lasat de dorit..
Personal cred ca nu apucasera sa mai aspire mocheta..nici in baie nu era aspirat.
Am stat 3 zile..in nici una dintre cele 3 zile nu au intrat in camera sa schimbe prosoapele ..dezamagitor.
Raportat la pretul a 2 nopti..calitatea acestui serviciu ft slab.

E ok pentru familiile cu copii, fara pretentii prea mari. A fost ok, dar nu am mai reveni aici. Exista hoteluri cu 4 ste
Pros:

- Mancarea foarte gustoasa. Micul dejun era mereu acelasi, insa pranzul si cina erau diversificate si foarte gustoase;
- piscina pentru copii si locul de joaca sunt ok;
- diferite activitati pentru copii si adulti, nu deosebite, dar se vedea ca incercau sa umple un program zilnic;
- personal amabil si saritor, care se preocupa sincer sa te ajute daca ii solicitai ceva!
- apa si plaja sunt ok, mai ales pentru copii (daca faci exceptie de factorul uman si de problemele de amenajare); nisipul e fin, intrarea in apa este lina, iar plaja e fix langa hotel;

Cons:

Nu mai este de 4 stele.
- camerele superficial curatate, balconul avea insecte si gunoaie ramase din sezonul anterior;
- plaja neamenajata corect, sezlonguri inghesuite (am preferat sa stam pe nisip, pentru ca era aerisit si liber), cosuri de gunoi pline, vegetatie neingrijita pe plaja, improvizatii de tot felul;
- hotelul nu a mai fost renovat sau ingrijit de la deschidere. Se vedeau urme de rugina, de uzura, de mucegai cam peste tot; aerul conditionat avea lamelele pe interior pline de mucegai negru (asa ca noi nu l-am pornit); nu mirosea a mucegai in camera, dar se vedea in aerul conditionat, iar in anumite zone din hotel se simtea si miros;
- senzatia noastra era ca nu fac fata cu curatenia si ca prefera stilul “merge si asa”. Hotelul era full, dar cred ca toata lumea era dezamagita de standarde;

Pros:

Minden tökéletes volt . Nagyon kedvesek a kiszolgálók , a kaja isteni finom volt . Mindennap változatos. A part tiszta és nyugalmas .

Ціни піднімають, а доглядати не особливо хочуть.
Pros:

Відпочиваю саме тут 3 роки підряд. Гарний привітний персонал. Пляж поряд, чистий. Парковка під готелем, безкоштовна. Номери великі, чисті. Їжа різноманітна.

Cons:

З коляскою зʼїхати на ліфті було дуже довго і це в не сезон. Дитяча кімната брудна. Іграшки зламані і їх майже немає. Дитячий майданчик на вулиці можна було б хоча б пофарбувати, все дуже старіє на очах.

Локацията.

Cons:

Персонала беше любезен, но на такава езикова бариера не бях попадал дори и в чужбина.
В България да съм и да не могат да ме разберат на български… ами остави това, че и английски не разбираха 90% от тях.
А пък малкото персонал, които бяха българи не можаха да ме насочат кое къде се намира в хотела дори…
2-та малки асансьора изобщо не са предвидени да поемат пълен с гости хотел и падаше голямо чакане. В повечето случай дори предпочитахме да се качим или слезем от 4-тия етаж пеша.
Вместо да чакаме 5 минути да ни подминава етажа и накрая като дойде да се окаже, че е пълен и няма място да се качим.
Храната описана в сайта на хотела какво включва за all inclusive не отговаряше изобщо на действителността.
На beach бара алкохола се заплащаше, въпреки че на pool и lobby бара същия такъв беше безплатен. Което за мен беше необяснимо…

The hotel was clean and the staff are very friendly. The food was very delicious and various. The hotel is placed close to the beach.

At the private beach the sunbeds are placed overcrowded.

Very close to the beach, nice waterslides, tasty ice cream.

Cons:

The room were a bit old and smelled bad, there was no real option to sleep with open balcony window/door as there was no mosquito net so it was very humid and hot in the room at night. The food was not very tasty, but there was some okay options. Unfortunately the waterslides broke on our 2nd day of our 3 night stay and they couldn’t fix it for the next day and a half which was really disappointing as they were the main reason we chose the hotel. The sunbeds were not enough for the guests at the hotel and it was very unpleasant to have to look around for a while to find where to sit, given that many guests were reserving them early in the morning and not even showing up at all at the pool throughout the day.
