Recomendable muy buena calidad va precio si volvería
Very nice apartment and well communicated and quiet area. It could have better ammenities in the kitchen like dish detergent, napkins and purified water!
Si llegas despues de las 6 no puedes entrar. Nosotros perdimos la llave el sabado y la persona que se quedo de noche que hacia cuentas, no nos queria ayudar por que "el no estaba para eso" solo para hacer cuentas. Despues nos que nos dio la llave, nos dio la de otra habitacion. Hay que caminar del check in al apartamento 15 minutos por una calle oscura.
Bodde 3 nätter på Terrazas apartments Bahia i Akumal. Fina fräscha lägenheter men hela toasitsen nerkissad till vår bedrövelse. Vi valde hotellet med anledning till det äventyrsbad det visar på sina bilder. Denna bild tillhör ett hotell som vi inte ens hade tillträde att vara på. Påpekade detta för ansvarig och han bad så mkt om ursäkt och skulle genast ändra på hotels (vilket fortfarande inte är gjort ) detta framgår inte nånstans, inte heller i det finstilta att vi inte skulle ha tillgång till badet med rutschkanor. Vi bokade 3 nätter för vår son som är 2,5 år och ansvarig gav oss som kompensation inträde till hotellet för att få använda just badet, tackade först nej eftersom kl var över 16 dagen innan avresa och vi hade andra planer men han kunde inte kompensera oss på annat sätt så vi ändrade våra planer och åkte dit,när vi kom dit så fick vi ändå inte bada för han var för liten. Fult att använda sig av bilder som överhuvudtaget inte har med själva boendet att göra och sen spela förvånad när det påpekas men ändå inte gör något åt saken

It is very private and peaceful. Pool area is really great and condo is finished well. Kitchen is lacking in basics like dish soap, tea towels and paper towels. Best to pack some. All appliances and electronics directions are in Spanish only, no English. Wifi is excellent.

Beautiful apartment near the swimming pool in a lovely gated community. We arrived quite late, but the gate security escorted us to the main hotel counter, where our key was waiting. Pro tip: Pay in advance online if you think you’ll arrive late in the day. Smooth sailing!
Really wanted to like this place but found it mediocre. This apartment is part of a larger resort complex but on the other side of the busy road from the beach. As residents of the apartments, you can use the beach and club house but without the perks of being an exclusive guest. We could not figure out how to pay for anything since they said we did not have a house account. We paid for an overpriced buffet dinner which was pretty bad - unhealthy American food with no substance. We paid for a bottle of wine and although it was listed as $28 USD, the waiter and manager wanted to charge us $40 since they translated it to pesos and back to dollars at two unfavorable exchange rates. The manager stood over us with a walkie talkie for 5 minutes talking to someone else trying to sort it out before my husband jumped in and said it was inappropriate to rude to us and everyone around us. They finally admitted their mistake. The apartment was clean but was musty. We won’t stay again. Nicest person was at the beach hut who spoke to us not a member of staff but just as a local resident.
Incredible value. Was due to a last minute schedule change and very very thankful I found it. Will book here again.
This is a private property, not resort living if you’re planning on staying here. It’s connected to the resort but you have access to it without the all inclusive feature but you can go to the clubhouse and purchase day passes. If you want privacy with your own pool & quiet time then this is the place to be. Also if you want to explore the city & not be tied down to a resort I suggest you stay here.
Es un departamento super comodo con todas las amenidades de una casa, y las areas comunes estan muy bonitas y acogedoras.
Beautiful resort, clean, modern, spacious apartments with everything you need to make your vacations comfortable. We travelled with little kids so having the apartment next to the swimming pool was a big plus! Highly recommended!
