solid 3 star accommodation, lovely staff
Pros:

Staff were super friendly, breakfast was very good, brought to our patio. Coffee was excellent. Good proximity to Ubud attractions (walking or riding). Comfortable beds, good aircon spacious room (we had the 2 bed apartment). It's a solid 3 star accommodation.

Cons:

small pool , didn't make use of it

A masterclass in hospitality in Ubud
Pros:

Wow, what a place. Every detail had been considered and curated, with pure peace for guests in mind. From the comfy rooms and tranquil pool terrace, to the complimentary afternoon tea included daily, we couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for the ideal stay in Ubud, call off the search. A special shout-out to Jos and Khobot, but all staff members were brilliant.

Paradisische Villen - eine Oase mitten in Ubud 🥰
Pros:

Ein Paradis mitten in Ubud.
Es ist herrlich und liebevoll angelegt, sowohl die Villas, wie auch der Garten und Pool.
Sehr zuverlässiges und superfreundliches Personal, die alles dafür tun, das der Aufenthalt besonders und angenehm ist.
Jederzeit würden wir dort wieder einchecken.

Colazione abbondante, buona e con buona scelta.

Pros:

Most of all the staff is just amazing. Always helpful and friendly. I liked quiet and piece even though it's in the noisy center of Ubud. Breakfast was also incredible, they bring it to your terrace.

Cons:

The place has a bit too little facilities for the price. It's mostly for staying and the pool. For the food, drinks you have to go to the city.

Beautiful oasis in the heart of Ubud
Pros:

This boutique hotel was exceptional in location, comfort, and service. Off a busy main road, it is a quiet oasis of calm; just perfect for relaxation. The path to the hotel is approximately 150 metres, and there are a series of steps if you are staying in rooms nearer the pool. With their old Bali charm, the rooms are lovely and spacious. The pool is small but adequate. Breakfasts were excellent with a good choice, and afternoon tea is included each day, should you wish it.

Cons:

There was a mini-bar, but it was empty. Travellers should know that although there is a "mini-bar" listed in the room description, the hotel does not place any items, for purchase or inclusion in the room rate, in it.

Staff is nice, but the hotel old and unclean
Pros:

Staff is really nice. Breakfast is good. Little garden I had in the room was super nice.

Cons:

I dont understand why it has an exceptional score - it is old and needs refurbishing. All the towels were dirty, the bedsheets as well had some stains. The airconditioning only has on and off, I couldn’t ajdust it. The room smells. You can’t blind the room, there is too much light - also you can’t fully close the door..

On booking it says it has spa and wellness - it doesn’t, it’s in a sister hotel 20min away..

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel, Beschreibung fehlerhaft, Personal unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit!
Pros:

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sie bekommen die höchste Punktzahl. Die Anlage an sich war sehr hübsch.

Cons:

Kein 4-Sterne Hotel! Fehlerhafte Beschreibung bei Booking.com, d.h. es gab weder ein Spa noch ein Restaurant oder eine Bar, noch war die Unterkunft barrierefrei. Auch hätte es für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sauberer sein müssen.
Frühstück war langweilig und wenig originell! Außerdem wurde das Hotel bei Booking.com viel teurer angeboten, als auf der eigenen Webseite. Schade!
