Tutto. Struttura piccola e curata , immersa nel verde e tranquilla, a pochi passi dal caos di Ubud. Servizio eccellente e staff gentile e disponibile

Pros:

Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt vor dem Pool. Dort hat man das Gefühl direkt im Dschungel zu wohnen. Beim Frühstück schaut man den zahlreichen Eichhörnchen beim Turnen über die Bäume zu.
Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe im Vergleich zum Verkehrslärm in Ubud.

このホテル宿泊はやめるべきだ。
Pros:

部屋が古き良きバリ文化が感じられた。景色が良かった。

Cons:

1,送迎サービスは基本無いと思った方が良い。1時間前に頼まないドライバーが不在。前泊のホテルへ迎えの車をよこすと、事前に確認しておいたのに、当日ドライバー手配ができないと突然言ってきた。交渉してドライバーを確保させた。
2,常駐ドライバーはいるが、たった1人しかいない。休暇ばかりでドライバー不在日が多い。高齢で英会話不可能のため意思疎通不可。Googleマップを読めないドライバー。ウブドの通りも把握していない。
3,スタッフは宿泊客の頼んだ事を叶えようという意思が感じられない。
4,プールマット不足。宿泊人数に足りて無い。プールサイドのタイルの上か、地面に水着で寝る羽目になる。
5,危険なプールチェアを放置。座ると後ろに倒れ後頭部打撲。肘から出血。スタッフからの謝罪は無し。
6,電力不足。すぐに部屋のブレーカーは上がり、持参のヘアドライヤー、ポットは全く使えなかった。
7,アフタヌーンティーサービスは、こちらから頼まないと持ってきません。時間になってもスタッフからアフタヌーンティーについてアナウンスは無い。不親切である。

Gardeners paradise in the heart of Ubud
Pros:

Beautiful breakfast served to our verandah every morning, unfailingly polite staff - nothing is too much trouble. Great value accomodation, the pool area is set in tropical gardens. In the centre of busy Ubud but once you walk the 100 metres or so down into the valley it’s so peaceful and quiet. This accommodation is traditional with a host of beautiful sculptures and little altars surrounded by ponds and tropical gardens. Our bathroom was private but open to the air with a little fishpond and cascading ferns. Every room has its own terrace with a lounge, marble topped tables and chairs.

Cons:

Nothing could be better about Kebu Indah but if you want the Hilton hotel this is not it. No vast expanses of shiny modern materials. Also good mobility needed for lots of stairs.

Wonderful relaxing few days in this delightful property
Pros:

We had a beautiful room overlooking the pool and gardens. The very large terrace was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The only minor thing was a smell in the bathroom. Maybe mold? But not that much of a problem

Un hôtel parfait pour un séjour de rêve
Pros:

Excellent séjour chez Kebun Indah. Le logement est très propre et confortable. L’emplacement était parfait, au calme tel un havre de paix au sein de la dynamique ville d’Ubud. Se baigner était un pur plaisir. Le personnel était également d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Si nous revenions à Ubud ça sera assurément ici.

Soggiorno ottimo in atmosfera suggestiva
Pros:

Tutto ottimo. Accoglienza puntuale e gentile con staff che ci ha portato in camera i pesanti bagagli. Personale alla reception molto gentile, come pure tutto il resto dello staff. Ottima colazione, servita direttamente nel patio della propria camera (tutte deliziose e in stile balinese). Anche se la struttura è un po' datata, la consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno a due passi dal centro di Ubud, ma in un' oasi naturale di pace e gran fascino.

Personnel super gentil, qui vous accueille avec un bon jus de fruit. Chambre propre, spacieuse, établissement situé au cœur d’Ubud mais assez isolé de la rue passante donc pas de bruit, au milieu de la végétation, petit déjeuné très bon.
Bon emplacement pour visiter le centre d’Ubud, à 15min de la forêt des singe, et 30min du palais royal.
Tout était parfait !

Pros:

Great hotel with a wonderful host! We were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks, and our host took the time to explain the surroundings and recommend nice places to visit in Ubud.

During our stay, we really appreciated that the rooms were separated from the street area, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the noise. The breakfast was delicious, and the accommodation was very comfortable.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ubud. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Klidný resort v zahradě, 100 metrů od hlavní silnice, v absolutním klidu, Velmi ochotný a vstřícný personál. Měli jsme dva pokoje a obzvláště Tea House s venkovní koupelnou předčil veškerá očekávání. Doplňuji velmi dobrou cenu na centrum Ubudu. Absolutní soukromí, vrátil bych se zase.

Cons:

Trochu starší vybavení, a hladina bazénu plná spadaného listí a drobných větviček. S ohledem na to, že se resort nachází v bujné vegetaci to ale nezhoršuje celkové hodnocení.

Allotjament tranquil i amb encant. Habitació tipus vil·la amb balconet exterior. Esmorzar deliciós molt complet i amb opcions vegetarianes. Habitació gran i llit còmode. Personal encantador i sempre disposat a ajudar, estil familiar. Bany privat dins l’habitació amb una zona exterior amb una petita font i bassa d’aigua. Molt bona qualitat-preu.
