Pros:

Wohnung an sich süss, schön eingerichtet, modern.

Cons:

Leider ein grosser Minuspunkt: die sehr zentrale Lage. Als Familie viel zu laut durch Night Market direkt unter den Fenstern. Jeden zweiten Abend sehr laute Rockmusik bis 23 Uhr von einer nahe gelegenen Bühne.
Das Geschirr war leider ziemlich dreckig! Die Wohnung war uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern zu klein, an dem Tisch können höchstens zwei Menschen bequem sitzen.

Cons:

Studio apartment was very experience; not suitable for a family of 4, tiny sofa bed plus king bed. Extremely noisy and stuffy - fan needed all night long which was noisy - very hard mattress on king bed, needs a topper. No bowls or kettle/coffee maker in the tiny kitchen

Très chouette, mais moins impressionnant qu'attendu.
Pros:

La localisation est le grand atout de cet hôtel, surtout pour des personnes qui connaissent et apprécient La Flotte. Nous étions très heureux d'avoir une vue sur le port, même si cela a induit d'autres contraintes.

Cons:

Il faisait chaud dans la chambre, et malgré la présence d'un petit ventilateur, il était compliqué d'aérer la nuit en raison des nuisances sonores induites par la localisation (chambre au-dessus du stand de gaufres de La Martinière et donnant sur le cour). Nous avons aussi trouvé le prix cher pour la qualité de la chambre, même si la vue faisait beaucoup.

Posizione ottimale al centro di LaFlotte, camera spaziosa ed accogliente, luminosa vista mare. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile.

Cons:

In 4 notti la camera non è stata mai pulita (anche solo svuotati o cestini). È vero che non ho messo il classico cartello sulla porta ma me lo sarei comunque aspettato per un soggiorno di tale lunghezza

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – direkt am Hafen und mitten im Zentrum. Restaurants, Geschäfte und die schönsten Ecken von La Flotte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet, ausgesprochen sauber und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den außergewöhnlich guten Kundenservice: Da wir unsere Reise unerwartet einen Tag früher beenden mussten, obwohl unsere Buchung nicht mehr kostenlos stornierbar war, hat uns das Hotel die letzte Übernachtung aus Kulanz erstattet. Das ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Durch die sehr zentrale Lage ist es leider auch entsprechend laut. Bereits früh morgens und teilweise auch nachts wurden wir durch Lieferverkehr sowie die Müllabfuhr direkt unter unserem Fenster geweckt. Während unseres Aufenthalts fand außerdem in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Konzert statt, bei dem die Musik bis etwa 23 Uhr extrem laut war und das Einschlafen deutlich erschwerte.

Außerdem hätten wir uns beim Check-in einen etwas freundlicheren Empfang gewünscht. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption wirkte leider eher reserviert und nicht besonders herzlich.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée présentant des problèmes d’humidité connu des propriétaires , car un petit déshumidificateur était placé dans le coin d’une chambre ainsi qu’une ventilation haute et basse dans les maçonneries. Dès mon entrée dans la chambre , j’ai senti ce problème d’humidité .
