Convenience, cute style, beautiful terrace, breakfast soooo good, everyone's charming. Close walking distance to the ER as I had to walk there middle of night with gallbladder attack.
The single room does face traffic... closed window was ok...didn't bother me but may someone else.

We stayed at the annex for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is stunning, set in the medieval town of Assisi, tucked away in a cosy mews that feels peaceful and authentic.
The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with every comfort you could need. It strikes the perfect balance between charm and practicality, making it easy to relax and feel at home.
The area is incredibly tranquil — you can breathe in the fresh air, admire the beautiful night sky, and wake up in the morning to the delightful sound of a rooster singing, which adds to the unique atmosphere.
Everything is within walking distance, including the town centre, the magnificent Basilica di San Francesco d'Assisi, and the Sanctuary of Carlo Acutis.
It was truly an amazing stay, and we would happily return.

Niente di particolare
El sitio es muy bonito y está cuidado. Es un alojamiento muy especial en un antiguo anfiteatro romano. La reforma está muy bien hecha.
El apartamento estaba muy mal equipado. Llegamos por la noche y no había ni un plátano ni nada de recibimiento. Al día siguiente tp había nada para poder hacerse un café o tomar algo antes de salir. Ni un papel con instrucciones y recomendaciones para poder desayunar por el pueblo o saber dónde ir a la compra.
Nos pusieron un edredón extra pero sin funda ni nada y limpian cada 2 días.
Cuando llegó el fin de semana por fin abrieron el desayuno para las habitaciones y pudimos ir, pero me pareció escaso.
Aunque la dueña contestaba a todo rápidamente, no apareció al irnos.

The monetary value of my stay proved highly affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The walking distance to nearby Assisi attractions is quite convenient. Accommodations are extremely comfortable.
The breakfast was carb heavy. Eggs were served one way only with no input from guests. Minimal fruit selection. No olive oil offered. No skim milk.
