Royal Boutique House

Hôtel simple, deco sympa, mais bien situé pour la partie historique de la ville, manque juste un petit déjeuner et c’est parfait.

We stayed in May 2019. The hotel is very central. Room was spacious with a large bedroom & separate lounge/kitchen. These were the only positives. The room was very dirty. Thick dust on every surface. Kitchen hob dirty from cooking. Smell inside the fridge nearly made me vomit. Worst of all was bathroom. Toilet with brown dirt and smell from it that spread to the room. We arrived in the late evening so when I reported the cleanliness issues to the reception I was told that nothing could be done that day but tomorrow a cleaner would be sent. We were out all day next day and when we came back to the hotel I was told by the receptionist that our room has been cleaned. But it was not. I informed the reception and was offered to move rooms. The new room was also very dirty but at least the toilet did not have brown dirt on it so we moved there. The next day a cleaner visited the room but they did not clean anything. The obvious grime and filth was still there as it was. The air conditioning was operational but did not do anything. The room was also noisy from the downstairs food place. Wires were hanging from the walls. Speed of wi-fi in the room was 4Mbps. There are no lifts in the hotel. Carpets in corridors were badly stained and grimy. On day 3 we met a Serbian lady in town who has lived in Bursa for 20 years and the first question she asked was whether the hotel was clean. When I said 'no' she than said that all hotels in Bursa have the cleanliness issue.Very sad.

A good location and great accommodation that was inexpensive. Helpful staff and easy check-in process. Close to restaurants and local markets.
It was difficult to find if you are driving your own car as roadways are tight and quick, but would have been find if arriving by taxi, bus, or walking.

Otelin yeri çok merkezi, personel çok yardımsever, oda büyük ve temizdi. Balkon olması avantajı. Çok rahat ettik.

Oda çok güzel, ev tadında, internet fena değil, hizmet kötü diyemem çünkü hizmet yok, odada kettle var ama ne bardak var ne çay kahve, sıcak suyu var, duşu güzel, ama şampuan ve saç kremi bayağı kötü hiç kullanmayın, 2 televizyon var, aile için iyi olabilir, çift kişilik yatak yok, 2 tane yatak var birlestirmemisler bile, biz birleştirdik, hizmet beklemiyorsaniz mükemmel otel

Odalar çok güzel ve otopark dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Otelin yeri de çok iyi.

Otel odası gayet güzel ve konforluydu ancak hizmet daha iyi olabilirdi, personel ilgisizliğini bırakın yok bile :/ ama konumu çok iyi ve otelin dizaynı çok hoş. İki üç gece kısa konaklama için ideal, fiyat performans iyi.

çift kişilik yatak diye girdik 2 tane tek yatak birleşmiş 2 tane yorgan koyulmuş klima var ama klimalar çalışmıyo kalorifer fazla ısıtmıyo 2.gidşim ilkinde memnun kaldım ama 2.si vasattı

Otelin bulunduğu konum,içerisinde barındığı imkanlar vs. gayet güzeldi fakat havluların aşırı tozlu olması ve yeni istediğimiz havlularda da aynı durumu görmemiz,gecenin bir yarısı üst kattaki odadakilerin duşa girmesi ve suyun olduğu gibi bizim odadaki banyoya akması,aşırı bir su sesiyle uyanmamız,otelde konaklayan yabancıların kavga sesleriyle uyanmamız gibi durumlar memnuniyetimizin oldukça düşmesine sebep oldu.

Odalar çok güzeldi otelin yeri gayet merkezi çok memnun kaldık

Otelin konumu rahatlığı gerçekten mükemmeldi. Her odaya ait oldukça büyük sabah kahvaltınızı yapabileceğiniz teraslar var. Oda ile ilgili tek sıkıntımız balkona açılan kapımız kapanmıyordu ve aralık ayında konakladığımız için geceleri oturma odasının olduğu kısım soğuk oluyordu. Geri kalan her şey mükemmeldi. Tavsiye edilebilecek bir yer.

gayet güzeldi

부르사는 매우 재미 있는 도시다. 전형적인 터키인들의 생활형태 와 관습이 남아 있고, 자미와 전통시장이 활발하게 움직인다.로얄부티크 하우스는 중심가에 위치한 작은 호텔이지만 넓은 객실과 편리한 부엌을 갖추고 있어 쾌적하게 하루를 보낼 수 있었다.

Very comfortable and well equipped suite. The accommodation is in very easy walking distance of many of the main sites. It is also very close to the team and bus stops.

The hotel did not follow the reservation properly and they asked me to pay extra charge!
I am gonna ask hotels.com for the refund as what happened bothered me alot and was not reflecting what should be considered.

Havent check in...thehost didnot receive anya reservation and payment..i booked on 3rd feb with maybank2u....but he still said did not receive..
How can i get my money back

一人にしては広すぎる部屋でした。
部屋ではwi-fiがつながらなくて、フロントのお兄さんに別のPWをおしえてもらうもダメでした。（そもそもIDがつながらない）
後でモデムを持っていくと言われましたが、戻ってくると別のおじさんがいて、同じ苦情を言ってもPWを２つおしえてくれるだけで、やっぱりダメでした。1階ではつながりました。
ホテル裏側は庶民的なロカンタもあり、楽しめました。

とっても広くてきれいな部屋と最高の立地　スタッフの方も親切です。

Herşey çok guzeldi

Oda fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi değildi, yatak odasında pencere yoktu ve çift kişilik yatak diye iki tane tek kişilik yatak birleştirilip verilmişti. Bunu iletmemize rağmen rezervasyonunu yaptığımız oda tarafımıza sağlanmadı. Artı oda gün içerisinde temizlememişti ve sıcak su 5 dk sonra kesildi. Ancak otel ve eşyalar yeni.
