Персоналът беше много отзивчив и любезен - подходиха с внимание и разбиране към нас и децата ни. Локацията също е добра. Плажът е наистина близо. Градината им е много приятна.

Cons:

Базата е много занемарена. На третият ден уведомихме персонала за възникнал проблем в банята, който така и не беше отстранен по време на престоят ни. Храната - безвкусна и еднообразна. Басейните не се поддържаха сякаш, а около бара, който се намира край басейна, се носеше една много тежка и неприятна миризма.

За съжаление, престоя не отговори на очакванията ни. Най сериозния проблем със безопасноста. Имаше повреден парапет на 5 етаж. Матраците бяха много неудобни. Усещаше се миризма, на канализация в банята. Храната беше еднообразна, за оликлузив. Маста на терасата беше повредена.

Pros:

Acces rapid plajă, parc și mănăstire, piscine exterioare și interioara, peisaj interior în special în zona Palace Hotel, Întrare recepție Estreya Residence zona recepție.

Cons:

Mâncare se repeta aproape zilnic cu salam, parizer și cârnați la tava, uși și paturi vechi care scârțâie, un singur lift care merge foarte greu, grădină neingrijita în zona Estreya Residence, piscina interioara se închide la ora 18,la plecare personal grețos mai mult întra peste tine în baie doar sa te scoată afara, parcarea un maidan de țărână și praf pentru care plantezi 10 euro/zi, pat fotoliu cu pete mucegai.

La capitolul curățenie in bai (cabina de dus foarte murdara), pe terasa exterioara erau multe pânze de păianjen. In general la capitolul curățenie trebuie o îmbunătățire semnificativă.

Too many words for so little options.
Pros:

Nothing special. It was kind of old, old facilities, some mold inside the bathroom. There were hornets nests all over the balconies starting from level 2 up to level 5.

Cons:

There was not much variety for breakfast, and the guests traffic was poorly managed. We had to make a queue just like at a prison cafeteria. Very strange feeling. Also the parking was extra and not included in the room price. Spa access was also not provided free of charge although it was advertised as included. The hotel had no beach access or a designated beach area, so we had to rent the beach chairs. So the total cost was more around 160€ than the initial 100€ for the accommodation. 60% increase from what was expected is not normal. Please review all the information you provide. There are many things vaguely explained and left for personal interpretation. Also BAD English skills throughout all of the staff interactions that we had.

PS: the pool always looked small and dirty. It wasn’t and welcoming place too enjoy sun. Beach access should be a must in Bulgaria, every other type of accommodation is pointless.
