New, spacious and comfortable
Pros:

The apartment is new, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The area is very quiet and perfect if you want to stay away from the tourist area. However, it is a little hard to find good restaurants in the area. Overall, I do recommend Malis Residence and would return again.
