Close to the centre.
Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
Beds were very comfortable.
Free laundry service.
Good wifi.
Lots of space in the rooms.
Very large terraces.

Cons:

Construction works were happening nearby, which meant loud noise early in the morning.
However, was quiet and peaceful during the night.
I assume construction works are only temporary so may be finished soon.
