The unite is very good and very clean, the owner met us first day and helped us to check-in, the flat is vey big and clean and we liked the basement as well, and the location is amazing next to all the Arab restaurants and shops
The only issue is the entrance to the flat is not really clean as it's a big shared house entrance
The place was wonderful and the host soo kindly.
This is a spacious 4 bedroom apartment 100m from a trendy, pedestrian street full of restaurants. It used to be a guesthouse with a small reception desk. The entrance if through a lane way and a small courtyard that is shared with four families. Unusual setup but they were a lovely community.
You have to pay cash only! We stayed a week so it required a lot of cash. Not their fault but I was pick pocketed on the way there. I have learned my lesson and will never, ever stay in an accommodation that does not take cards.

4 bedrooms, each room has a large double bed and an extra bed. Each bedroom has a private shower and toilet.

The owner of the apartment is very nice and tries to help with any problem quickly and professionally.
A very short walking distance from the apartment is a pedestrian street with restaurants, shops, pubs and places of entertainment.
To get to the city center you can walk about 20 minutes everywhere.
You can also use taxis, taxis are very cheap in Tbilisi.
Highly recommended, we will return in the future mainly because of the good service of the owner of the apartment.
The space was huge and very clean and very cold air condition. well lighted too. hugh rooms. very nice host.
the walk up to property ..the curb appeal was off because there are asome other people property around the entrance that made it seems as if the place was not gonna be nice but once you get to this place it was very surprisingly amazing..so dont judge a book by the neighbor's cover.

1. This suite is advertised as hotel on booking but it's not. The owner rejected to clean the house, she said we need to pay for cleaning. After escalation to booking she agreed to clean once. We lived there 2 weeks.
Knowing it's not hotel we will not choose it. It's sad they don't tell the truth. This is nonsense assuming very high price for this suite/house.
2. We got empty bottles of alcohol from the previous tenants in our rooms. Very nice assuming there is no cleaning. We need to clean the house after previous tenants ourselves.
It was a lovely 16 days experience we enjoyed at Q&B hotel . Located and secretly hidden in a quiet courtyard in humble surroundings of the old city, one would so easily dismiss this gem especially coming from the glamours of living in DUBAI. It's kept smart and clean at all times. The staff are so hospitable we felt completely so at HOME. A heart warming breakfast awaited us every morning with no pressure of waking up at 6:30am just to make it to the table.
We ended up having no tour guide courtesy of Sapoh's friendly nature. She pointed us in the right direction from finding good price for Pcr tests to discovering the top attractions of 🇬🇪. by ourslves. True adventures we enjoyed!
They even have a reasonable cost laundry service...Oooh! I so needed that support!
The topping on the cake was special treats on our birthday. We did not expect that at all. What a team of geniuses at hospitality! We highly recommend this to those adventurous at heart.
