Sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Leider hat dieser Aufenthalt meine Erwartungen deutlich enttäuscht. Für den hohen Preis hätte ich ein wesentlich besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis erwartet.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und das Badezimmerkonzept ist äußerst unpraktisch. Die Dusche hat weder Tür noch Vorhang und ist praktisch komplett offen zum Zimmer. Wenn man nicht mit seinem Partner oder seiner Partnerin reist, ist das extrem unangenehm und sorgt für keinerlei Privatsphäre. Ohne vorherige Information darüber habe ich mich damit sehr unwohl gefühlt.

Besonders schockierend war jedoch eine Situation mit dem Reinigungspersonal: Offenbar wurde der Inhalt des Mülleimers in die Toilette gekippt, wodurch diese komplett verstopft wurde. Gleichzeitig weist man überall darauf hin, dass man Dinge wie Tampons oder Binden nicht in die Toilette werfen soll. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt – schon gar nicht in einem Hotel, das einen höheren Standard haben und sogar Gäste im Zusammenhang mit einem Turnier beherbergen soll.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut zu erreichen und vorallem ist das Parkhaus mit den 20,00 Euro günstig. Das Frühstück war okay. Die Dusche ist schön breit. Die Toilette und das Waschbecken ist extra.

Cons:

Bei dem ersten Zimmer waren die Kopfkissen nicht frisch überzogen und lange dunkle Haare im Bett. Das geht gar nicht. Um es zu reklamieren, haben wir ca 10 Minuten warten müssen, bis jemand an die Rezeption gekommen ist. Die Zimmer sind soweit okay. Aber auf den Bildern sieht alles besser aus. Die Teppichböden sind bekleckert, die Bettumrandung am Boden mitgenommen. Der Frühstückstisch ist nicht eingedeckt. Man muss sich auch das Besteck selbst holen. Viel Auswahl war nicht, aber es hat gereicht. Am Abend waren wir ca um 20 Uhr an der Bar und haben einen Cocktail getrunken. Als wir unseren Cocktail bekamen, sind alle 3 Angestellten raus und haben geraucht. Dieses Hotel ist nicht so unser Ding. Jedenfalls nicht für das Geld.
