Nicht alles ist super, aber Räume und Frühstück sind top.
Pros:

Das Hotel macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Simples, freundliches Einchecken. Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber sauber und ok. Frühstück super, sogar für Müslifans.

Cons:

Abends an der Bar lief das Personal mehrfach an uns vorbei, vergaß aber tatsächlich eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Das Handy war mal wieder wichtiger als der Gast. Und mal ehrlich, was war das denn für eine Apfelschorle??? Wasser mit Sirup für 3€. Sorry - ein NO GO!! Beim Frühstück standen tolle Apfelsaftsorten ... warum suchen sie Negativpunkte auf diesem Weg? Ist doch wirklich nicht nötig. Ich rate dringend davon ab eine Apfelsaftschorle zu bestellen - oder sie erhalten die schlechteste in ihrem Leben.

Cons:

Reserveren van een parkeerplaats was niet mogelijk.
Eigen parkeergarage was vol waardoor een gedeelte van de groep in een openbare parkeergarage moest parkeren.

Prettig dicht bij het centrum

Cons:

Vloerbedekking op de kamer. Wij zelf geven de voorkeur aan een gladde vloer. Maar het was schoon hoor. :)

Can Improve the Bed and PIllows
Pros:

The hotel appeared new. The breakfast layout and variety of food was very good. The location is close to old town which is the highlight of visiting Koblenz.fd

Cons:

The room had several shortcomings. The room was laid out well for the size available but was tight in several areas. The bed was soft. The pillows were the worst ever. They were a quilt or comforter stuffed into the sack, not what anyone could call a pillow. Sleep on the pillow was not comfortable.

Super Lage und Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr geschickt
Pros:

Die Lage war unfassbar genial. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage preisintensiv aber genial.

Cons:

Es riecht wie in einem Altersheim, sehr muffig und aus dem Abfluss stinkt es nach schlechten Rohren, wirklich ekelig. Es gab kein richtiges Badezimmer, nur eine Duschkabine, ohne Türtrennung zum Schlafbereich und Waschbecken ist in der Toilette, was mit starker Geruchsbelästigung einherging. Wir haben uns einen Raumduft geholt, anders war es nicht auszuhalten. Sauber war das Zimmer auch nicht. Ich musste erstmal die Cola-Ränder auf den Nachtischen wegputzen.
Wir bekamen nichts erklärt am Empfang, ich musste alles hinterfragen. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass keine gute Atmosphäre in dem Hotel am Empfang herrschte, man war sehr genervt.
