We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel, with a sea view from the balconies, and friendly staff. It is less crowded than the central part of Batumi. The beach is in front of the hotel with lifeguards. The hotel's pool is open until 10 pm.
Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices.
In Batumi it is difficult to find a parking spot, hotel has a small parking. However, you can find a place to park your car on the main street.

Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this property.
The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and some of the lights were not working properly.
The pool area was also disappointing because renovation work was taking place nearby. The pool towels were dirty, and the ground-floor restroom was unclean, with insects flying around.
The biggest issue, however, was the refund. The property agreed to issue a refund, but more than 30 business days later I still have not received it.
I expected much better service, transparency, and accountability.

The staff is very helpful hospital and nice specially the owner Mr Hinry and his wife and the manager Nika and the breakfast great,, view of the sea excellent everything was great and above all you feel that you are at home.
