Pros:

This hotel is fantastic - the location is convenient, safe and great, the staff are all so kind and hospitable, as well can communicate in many languages and the facilities are incredible - the rooms are new, clean and filled with all new furniture and appliances.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean amenities!
Pros:

Incredible thorough and friendly service, the staff were so helpful and dedicated to making sure my trip was authentic and as comfortable as possible. I travel frequently and this is honestly one of the best stays I have ever had.
Included breakfast was delicious. Clean and comfortable room with great water pressure (so important).
Excellent wifi connection (at least for Georgian standards)

Cons:

Honestly can't really think of anything!

Batumu sevdiren bir Otel. Otelcilik böyle olur Antalya otelciliğine benzer yapıları var. Bolt direk alabiliyor konumu süper yerde merkezde otel tutmaniza gerek yok burası iyi 5 lari 10 lari bolta verip gezip gelin karşıda plaj var. Arka sokakta uyguna icki alabilirsiniz hediyelik.

We had problems with the payment when checking out. Actually, we were not asked to pay at check-in, but when checked out at 7 am, no staff were around, maybe due to off-season

Pros:

Das Hotel war schön und das Personal sehr nett. Wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Falls man mal nicht den Aufzug, sondern das Treppenhaus benutzt, darf man sich nicht vor dem Ausblick hinter dem Hotel erschrecken. In Batumi wird sehr viel gebaut, weshalb dort sehr viel Sperrmüll oder Baumaterialien liegen.
