Staff was friendly and available! Room was comfortable and clean, also had good lighting.
Shower was wonderful!! Lots of hot water and great water pressure. Love the hr 24 coffee available too!
The breakfast was basic, but sufficient.
Too many sugary treats. Only sweetened yogurt and cereal available.
Very accommodating for early check in for family wedding we attended that day being from further away!!!

First, Sydney the front desk manager, hostess, etc. was AMAZING!! Kind, welcoming & accommodating. Sydney always had a smile and a bright “hello” and was happy to help in any way. I had the BEST hotel stay I’ve had in my life - I’m not kidding. I slept soundly and dreamed every night! My room was spotless and it was quiet and comfortable. It was a last minute booking and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
The breakfast was the usual hotel fare. The eggs were just warm. I don’t think they’re using Starbucks coffee and if they are, they’re making it extremely weak and that was disappointing.
On Christmas morning the hostess would have clearly preferred to have been anywhere else. A smile goes a long way. I might suggest some light music in the dining area. The energy was so dismal, I ate in my room. Music will lift spirits and encourage conversation.

location was great, breakfast was good. Coffee was not.. I don't like starbucks it tasted like burnt coffee. The room was clean. and they cleaned it up for us for the wedding night.
They gave my room away that I had reserved almost 7 mts ago. due to overbooking. So then we had to get ready in the wrong room and then move our stuff to the correct room when they finally got it all figured out. It was a huge inconvenience and I had even called 1 month earlier to confirm my reservation was still good to go. I was getting married that weekend and we were late to the rehearsal due to all the messing around. I picked that room for the reason of the size because we were using it that morning to get ready for the wedding on Saturday.
