* The reception staff doesn't really understand English.
The hotel should employ people who have a good grasp of English; I stood there for an hour trying to explain something that should have taken five minutes.

Top Lage, mitten im Leben in Hongdae, Ausstattung top, Roof Bar mit sehr netten Personal, da man minderjährig nicht in die Bar darf wurde eine gute Lösung für unseren 13 jährigen gefunden

ordentlich Aufpreis für die Lage und die Aussicht, wir waren in deutlich günstigeren Hotels mit gleicher Ausstattung und weniger Massenabfertigung,

韓國住宿首選，位處相當繁華、便利的弘大商圈，附近集結美食、購物、甚至醫美，飯店的高樓層還能遠眺首爾夜景，實在是很棒！
Pros:

空間舒適，環境整潔，公共空間也提供許多設施服務；WOWPASS跟check in Seoul的機台就直接設置在飯店裡，儲值或換匯都好方便

Great place for staying in Hongdae.
Pros:

The location was great, 3 minutes to the subway and 10 minutes to Hongdae street with all the the things you want to do.

The rooms and the beds are small especially if you’re on the larger size.

Pros:

The location was amazing! you are situated in the heart of Hondae where shopping meet cafes and restuarants. Not to mention the hotel links to a multiple story olive young :). The room is modern and if you get the rooms facing the main street, what a view!

Noisy and slow lifts
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Great location, but not worth the price. We were given a room facing an active construction site we weren't warned about. Moving rooms only put us right next to the noisy elevator, coupled with painfully slow lifts. Unfortunately, a disappointing stay.
