Prime location at Hongdae
Pros:

The location is the main highlight. Close to nearly everything you could ask for when visiting Hongdae. The room looks modern, is clean and well maintained. They provide a welcome snacks which is a nice addition. Staffs were very friendly, we always encounter the lady that works at our floor and she was a character. Haven't tried the pool as it was closed for the season.

Cons:

It feels like we were just paying for the brand and location. We booked the room for 4 people. Price is steep. Space is tight, only way to open the luggage is on the bed. The room that we stayed in had a problem with the bathroom door, we had difficult time sliding it all the way. The laundry facility only has like 5 units. We ended up waiting to load our laundry and finished til like 4am in the morning. Dryer machines are weak, had to run it twice.

Pros:

The hotel was easily reachable from the subway/airport express (AREX) station. Many restaurants with various food options are located in the surrounding areas. The hotel staff was very helpful with every questions we had. The roof top pool is very nice. The water was warm, even as the air was still a little chilly.

Convenient stay near subway. But I wouldn‘t choose it again.

The price compared to the service was much too high. Rooms next to the street can be noisy.
The floor of the breakfast room could be cleaner.
