部屋からの富士山の眺めは最高
Pros:

部屋からの富士山の眺めは最高でした。
食事も美味しかった。
スタッフ丁寧な対応をしていただきました。

Cons:

お風呂の種類が少ない。
お風呂から富士山は見えるが、安全バーで全体が見えない。
露天風呂が狭い。湯船につかると富士山が見えない

また、ゆっくり泊まりたいと思えました。
Pros:

子供が夕食前に具合が悪くなり、食堂の女性スタッフの方が心配してくださりお粥など部屋で食べれるように準備してくれました。フロント、ドライバーさんも素晴らしいご対応でした。
又、利用したいと思えるサービスでした。

Overall a great stay, wish we could have stayed longer but it was a much needed break from cramped hotels all around Jap

Very clean, rooms were spacious, view of lake and Mt Fuji were excellent.

Cons:

The staff were generally helpful but could have been friendlier. For such a large hotel, it felt like they were understaffed and tired.

Pros:

The location of this property is good, with Mount Fuji right in front of it. It is also conveniently connected through the local bus, which made getting around very easy. They also offer a handy shuttle to the main bus station for check-out.

Cons:

The condition of the room was poor and it was not properly cleaned. Because of the lack of cleanliness and the bad state of the room, I would not choose to stay here again in the future. You can see the condition in the photos provided.

Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend others to stay here.
Pros:

Although they have the same menu for dinner and breakfast, they gave something different for guest who stayed more than one day. That was very thoughtful of them. Staffs were very accommodating and polite.

Cons:

Their shuttle service only accommodates guest for the morning. Luckily that wasn’t a problem because there is a bus that runs every 15 minutes to the Kawaguchi station.

Genoten van rustig verblijf met uitstekend zicht op Fuji.

Leuk hotel met prima ligging tov mount Fuji in rustig deel van Kawaguchico. Hotel qua inrichting wat gedateerd, maar alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Het ontbijt/diner buffet is prima.

Für eine Nacht ok aber viel zu teuer

Blick auf den Fuji und das Onsennad was man mit kleiner Tätowierung betreten durfte.

Cons:

Frühstück / Abendessen viel zu teuer. Das Hotel sollte dringend renoviert werden. Alles sehr alt. Im Bad gab es viel schwarze Stellen und Kalk Flecken. Fenster waren im Zimmer schmierig, was das heraus schauen zum Fuji schwierig machte.
