我已经室第二次入住了。带朋友从东京来河口湖玩，必然入住富之湖。

Pros:

The location is absolutely amazing. Woke up to mt fuji outside pur window and crossed the road for the mpst beautiful pictures by the lake. If you're looking for a "cheap" place to visit mt fuji this is the best value there is

Cons:

The hotel is dated, old, strange smell... bed and pillows rock hard. Honestly you get what you pay for in this location. You have to leave your room key at reception to get your car keys. Very strange

traumhafte Lage am See mit Blick auf Mt.Fuji, bei gutem Wetter eine sensationelle Aussicht
Hotel und Zimmer im Charme der 70er, einige Stellen im Hotel waren sehr abgewohnt

The onsen was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The supplied pillow was uncomfortable with no alternative options available.

On arrival we were told that there were no dinner or breakfast options. But still people were eating in the restaurant that same night.

The excellent hospitality that we are used to in Japan was lacking at the reception.

部屋からの眺めが最高でした。
部屋は広く、洗面所とトイレ別で、とても快適に過ごせました。
夕食も朝食も富士山を見ながら、美味しくいただき、
食後は、目の前の河口湖のまわりを散歩しました。
機会があれば、ぜひまた泊まりたいです。

Cons:

到着した時、スタッフの方は電話中で、対応していただくまで、随分待たされました。
お風呂場で少しすべりそうになったので、気を付けながら歩きました。
また、男湯女湯入り口はすぐ横ですが、鍵などはないので少し不安でした。
