Tolle Aussicht, aber viel zu teuer für das schlechte Essen und den Service

フロントスタッフ、食事処の入口スタッフは対応が気持ちよかった

メイク落としが脱衣所にあった。浴室にある方が使いやすいと思う

バイキングの料理を追加するスタッフが、テーブルに落ちた料理を手でプレートに入れて提供していた。また、ガムか何かをくちゃくちゃ食べながら勤務していた

Super für einen Fuji Trip.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll, es gab einen Onsen mit Innen- und Außenbereich, Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Mit Blick auf den Fuji absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Leider hielten sich im Onsen nicht alle an die Regeln. Einer brachte sogar sein Handy mit und schaute Videos. Vielleicht könnte man Verbotsschilder offensichtlicher machen? Ist aber natürlich kein Fehler des Hotels selbst.

Cons:

The room is a bit dated, with some peeling wallpaper. There are no convenience stores nearby, so we recommend buying food and drinks at the main station before heading over.

日本人スタッフがいない、全員、外国人は違和感あり、バイオリンの練習のため、多目的部屋を依頼したが、ないと言われた。他ホテルでは可能だった
