Pros:

The hotel is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and the location is great. I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel

Pros:

Spacious room. Loads of eateries with 10 mins walking distances. Has fridge, freezer, and a microwave. Friendly housekeeping staff on 10 and 14th floor. Clean and decent gym facilities.

Cons:

The room inconsistencies. Been staying there multiple times, the same room type. Some other times you get room that has 1/or 2 bowl, sometimes the room are equipped with water filter/water bottle (refills daily), some floor room has smart tv/normal hotel tv. But overall no complaints. Wish they could synchronized it to manage expectations.
