Bad experience about parking.I was told rm10 per stay but i have to pay another rm20 the 2nd day due to my car are not registered online on 2nd day.I was blamed why should i pay at first.He said have to claimed online and take times to make a report.Not even a word sorry given to me by that particular staff.Luckily other staff came from the parking department i think,he make everything easy.He asked for my QR and gave back my money immediately.Thanks to that guy.It is not about money but how the staff handle the issue after the mistake done by them.Anyway this is my second time staying at the hotel.I enjoyed the stay.The same guy actually entertain me due my arrival.Everything was smooth and the guy treat me well actually.

Great location with good facilities. The swimming pool and overall amenities were enjoyable.

Cons:

The cleanliness really needs improvement. There were many small cockroaches under the bed and in the bathroom throughout our stay. This made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable
