It was quite spacious, bright, clean and well-located. The apartment is well-functional; TV, kitchen, laundry. I really loved it. The support of the staff was also warm.
Beautiful apartment with lots of space and perfect location! We were 4 girls and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend it!
Very nice apartment. Clean and spotless. There's enough space for a family. The location is also very good. Easy to access the public transport and at a walking distance to almost everywhere.
The only downside is that the hotel.com doesn't mention anywhere about the "late check-in" fees. After 6 pm they have late check in fees. EUR 5 between 18:00-21:00, EUR 10 between 21:00-00:00 and EUR 15 after midnight. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel.com page. It also doesn't mention about the cleaning fees EUR 30.
Damage from a water leak, yet to be repaired, was the first thing we noticed when we entered the unit. A large hole and stains down the wall above the kitchen table was not a big problem for us as these things happen although some notice would have been appreciated. Check in instructions and location were good HOWEVER on more than one instance, we believe, someone had entered the apartment. The first time we had carefully locked the gate to go out and it was left open upon our return. The second time we had just returned from a day out with our children and without notice or knock two men and a woman came bursting right into the apartment. While we stood there in disbelief, they claimed that “they didn’t know we were there” yet insisted on inspecting the entire apartment up and down while taking some photographs. They claimed that “they were the owners”. The “owner” was indignant and it was apparent that it was more important to her that she was “the owner” than the fact that we were the paying guests. We felt a real lack of security and privacy after that and discussed leaving, not a good experience.
It should be noted that I have booked approximately 80 hotel rooms with Hotels.com and this is my first review. 79/80 is why we book with Hotels.com!
