I was honestly impressed by the quality I received for such an affordable price. My room was very clean and had everything a solo traveler needs. The shared bathroom was cleaned regularly and the hotel was also very quiet, making it easy to relax and rest. One of the absolute highlights was the restaurant on the top floor. The breakfast buffet included in the price was fantastic! There was a wide variety of options. I also tried dinner there one evening, and it was very affordable and incredibly delicious. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. As a foreign traveler, I needed assistance booking a bus to my next destination, and they handled everything for me. They organized the bus ticket and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Overall, I had a really great stay at this hotel. It’s a very good, budget-friendly option, especially for foreigners arriving late in Yangon who prefer to stay closer to the airport rather than going all the way into the city center.

Situated close to local markets and mall. Our room was large and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the usual Asian style, noodles, rice, and some vegetables. Eggs could be ordered but, unfortunately, were always cold. Breakfast was served on rooftop, which was nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. When next we return to Yangon, we would definitely stay here again. If you want to immerse yourself in the life of these beautiful people this is the place to stay.
A tap was continually dripping in bathroom which made floor extremely wet.
The staff were very helpful and gave recommendations and advise even though they struggle to explain things in English. I enjoy the local dishes at breakfast.
I can hear the noise from the next room. The card machine was not working so I have to withdraw cash to pay for my stay and dinner from the bar.
