Not my usual experience with Bayside, I ddnt like it
Pros:

The Front desk staff were good and very helpful

Cons:

There was no hot water, and upon arrival at the gate for parkings the security personnel was not at his station we had to hoot 3 times still no response and had to go around to the front security for the other to respond 😒

i complain about some plugs not working on my first day of arrival nothing they did about it i was using one plug for charging and there was a fan but i did not plug it because because there was no space for it was very hot in my room even zircon was not working

Clean enough to sleep overnight

Proximity to where I was staying but had to leave for one day as they were fumigating

Cons:

I was on crutches.Stayed on ground floor but had one and half stair flight to climb to reach the room because that part of that place does not have lifts but discovered the next day checking out that they have another part which has a lift.My car was parked in an open parking for which I paid R50 and was not told about the underground parking in the next part of the building where others were parking which was not full when I Had no iron and ironing board was given iron no ironing board asked but it was not available requested to use the bed to iron .Room phone not working.Wife not connecting.Its about professionalism of the management as one man who looked like a supervisor or manager was there when I checked in ;was consulted from time to time but did not bother to greet or suggest alternative accomodation within the same street as I obviously did not know I must investigate which of the three under the same roof has a lift,iron and ironing board and basic necessities for overnight except one bar of soap.
Killed a big cockroad which I was running from in the first place.Place is neat but not worth R500 plus.

Great location.

Cons:

I requested a wifi password and i wasnt given. the receptionist insisted that it was auto login even though i told her it wasnt working and i needed a password. proceeded to say that maybe my phone was the issue cause "everybody else is able to connect automatically"
Too many stairs no elevator. I had a big suitcase and it was a struggle
