The location
Massive bedbug infestation ruining our entire break. Also the room had a bad smell and was hard to access via 4 flights of stairs. The worst part was the bedbugs having woken up with this at 3am then having to pack and leave as soon as it was light with a distraught child.
Location - good links to public transport. Not far from food / supermarket
The room was not as shown in pictures. We were right at the top of the property, really hot even with a fan. Room was clean but in need of update...shower did not look appealing and broken/loose tiles.
It’s just close to Earl’s Court station. The only good thing about the hotel
Have bed bug bites all over my body. Not so clean. Staff wasn’t helpful. I was put in a room in the basement and had no air circulation. Windows wouldn’t open. No fan or air conditioning. I was not able to connect to WiFi in the room so asked them to change the room. The host was very rude about it but I got my room changed.

I want to be clear about the most important part first: I was bitten by bed bugs in this room. I woke up covered in bites across my arms, legs, and back, and they kept appearing every night I stayed. That is not bad luck. That is a room that has not been properly cleaned, inspected, or treated, and it means the mattress and bedding are infested. Anyone booking here should know they are risking bringing an infestation home in their luggage. The cleanliness standard is the worst I have encountered anywhere, and the fact that a room in this condition is still being rented out to paying guests says everything about how this place is run.
Beyond that, almost nothing matched what was advertised. The room looked nothing like the photos on the listing, and those pictures are misleading to the point of being dishonest. There was no air conditioning at all, and the room was unbearably hot day and night, which made sleeping impossible even before the bites started.
The room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so every arrival, departure, and trip out means hauling luggage up and down four flights of stairs.
Staff availability is another problem. If you need anything at all, you can only get it between 3pm and 8pm. Outside that window nobody answers, nobody comes, and you are completely on your own.
Overheated, misrepresented, physically exhausting to access, unstaffed for most of the day, and infested. Book somewhere else.
Location an easy 5 mins walk from tube. Surrounding area very pleasant and our front balcony room overlooked the park. Receptionist on arrival were very pleasant. An older hotel but clean and comfortable very good value for money
Good location
No bathmat or hand towel was provided. No air con but fan provided. One of the Electrical sockets not functioning. Shower cubicle was so small it was difficult to to get washed. Mattress too soft
I stayed in a single room on the top floor, it was during really hot weather, but a good strong fan was provided. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was nice & the TV had a choice of channels if needed, Freeview etc. Room was lovely & bright.
I only stayed one night for a concert at the Albert Hall, easy to walk to Earls Court / Station, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle to be able to sleep. I would stay there again. Great location!
There was a key code to enter which i didn't have, but someone let me in to speak to reception to check in. The communal areas were very run down & could do with updating, as this lets the hotel down.
There was a lot of slamming doors, so either the slow close hinges need updating or they could just put some "noise dots" on the door frames to stop the doors banging, wood on wood!
La struttura è in un ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e a numerosi ristoranti/ supermercati e pub. È in un buon quartiere silenzioso e tranquillo. È un po datata, ma alla fine anche se la camera è piccola è accogliente.
Non c è il servizio di pulizia delle camere e gli orari di apertura della reception sono molto brevi.

Wir hatten drei Zimmer und jedes war dreckig und hat aus dem Bad so eklig nach Chlor und Fäkalien gestunken das man es nicht aushalten konnte. Überall dick Dreck.
Das Schlimmste waren aber die Bettwanzenund Kleidermotten!!!! Neues Zimmer bekommen das auch nicht besser war und etwas hinterm Bett krabbelte. Wir haben dann zu Viert in einem Zimmer gesessen und 2 Tage den Rückflug organisiert weil wir dort auf keinen Fall bleiben wollten. Toller Urlaub!
Dazu absolut verrottete und verschimmelte Holzfenster. In jedem der 3 Zimmer! Auf den Fotos hier ist das nicht ersichtlich das alles so runtergekommen ist!
Im Bad Schimmel und etwas an der Dusche abgebrochen und schwarz. Steile enge Treppen bis in den 4 Stock. Für Leute die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind eine Katastrophe.
Aber wie gesagt waren die Bettwanzen und Kleidermotten absolut eklig und wir mussten unseren Urlaub abbrechen und für den Flug noch mal Geld zahlen. Gebt lieber mehr Geld aus und nehmt euch was besseres!!!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
When we arrived, the room was in an appalling condition. It was extremely dirty, and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom had not been cleaned, the beds were dirty, the floor inside the room was cracked, there were signs of damp and the overall hygiene was completely unacceptable.
The carpet throughout the hotel was torn, heavily worn and filthy, and there were several broken items in the room. Nothing looked like the photos advertised online.
To make matters even worse, shortly after arriving we saw two people who appeared to be under the influence of drugs entering the building and going upstairs towards the guest rooms. This made us feel extremely unsafe.
The combination of the shocking cleanliness, the poor condition of the property and the safety concerns meant we did not feel comfortable staying there. We had no choice but to leave immediately and book another hotel at the last minute, which cost us significantly more.
I have never left a hotel review like this before, but I genuinely feel other travellers should be warned. This property does not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance, and our experience was extremely disappointing.

Paramount hotel - perfecte ligging voor ons om van daaruit Londen te verkennen - 2 persoonskamer deluxe met douche : goed ontvangst van de beheerders - voor de rest laten ze je met rust maar je kon bij hun terecht voor noden en vragen . Het is klein (maar heb je toch alleen nodig voor bagage, slapen en douchen) . Alles was proper, zeer prijslijk (propere badkamer en toilet !) . Rustige en stille omgeving. Koffie en thee op de kamer. Alsook een ventilator met dit hete weer. Als het kan komen we zeker terug.
Misschien enkele kleine opmerkingen : het bed is comfortabel met goede matras, kussens en propere lakens maar het bed staat schuin zodat je er makkelijk kan uitrollen . In vele hotels krijg je een basiskitje om tanden te poetsen, wat scheergerief ... hier beperkt tot wat douchegel . Dagelijks verse handdoeken zou ook geen overbodige luxe zijn .
