A cheap hotel in the centre of London
Pros:

I have used this hotel before and for the price and location its very good.

Cons:

This time I was placed in a basement room at the front of the hotel. The window was slightly ajar so you ended up smelling weed that other guests were smoking outside the hotel. Also, someone had a bike chained up outside the window of my room and weirdly decided to unchain it (noisily) take it out and then return it in the middle of the night so sleep wasn't as good as expected.

Pros:

Location was perfect

Cons:

The room stank of someone smoking cannabis from another room. Not the hotel's fault; however, it made it unpleasant, especially with it being a family-friendly hotel.

Very old and dated.

One can hear every footstep or movement from rooms above or stairs next to the room.

Je conseille l’établissement à ceux qui ne peuvent pas se permettre le luxe (étudiant etc) mais si vous pouvez mettre 10

Les points positifs de l’établissement sont moindre… L’emplacement est génial, rien à y redire, c’est à 3min à pied du la station de métro. Le seul personnel que nous avons eu l’occasion de voir était la dame du Check in qui était gentille

Malheureusement les chambres ne correspondent pas aux photos sur le site, j’ai oublié de prendre des photos pour montrer la différence.. notre chambre était minuscule, bon, c’était suffisant car nous y avons seulement dormi. Mais même dormir était compliqué car l’isolation de la fenêtre est inexistante. Il manquait de rangement dans la chambre, de plus le seul rangement (le placard) était très bancale et très sale, j’ai eu besoin de mettre un coup de papier toilette dedans.

Pros:

I only stayed for half a night because I had to leave at 2am, this was all possible, I could leave my card in a box, it was up to expectations since it was cheap, Room was clean and a good stay for one night.

Cons:

The walls were very thin so I could hear everything on the floor above me, walking, talking etc until late. And the ceiling was very low so you weren’t able to stand straight but that was ok.
