Pros:

The hotel is situated very near Earls Court underground station and in a very pleasant area. The entrance hall looks warm and welcoming, lovely decor.
The lovely lady at reception was friendly and helpful.
I had a very nice single room with a lovely modern ensuite. It was really nice to have a kettle with tea making facilities. There was Wi- fi and TV too.
Lovely shower with hot water and two fluffy white towels.
Excellent value especially in London, it had everything that I needed.
I will definitely stay again when I next visit London.

Cons:

The only small thing for me was the room was just too over warm for me so I turned the radiator off. I turned it back on before checking out.

Was well centered. Clean and very lovely. The staff were lovely and very understanding on how things need to be done.

The bathroom extractor didn’t work nor was there sufficient lighting in the bathroom but other from what it was amazing

Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

I got the last room, have to go up the stairs (4 levels I think?) with 2 suitcases and a child. No lift. Then the toilet was broken. Clogged from the person before and water coming out, and I saw all sorts.

Pros:

La localisation de l’hôtel dans la ville et l’absence d’odeur de cigarette dans la chambre d’hôtel

Cons:

Personnel désagréable qui hausse les yeux en nous accueillant, bouilloire rouillée de l’intérieur, salle de bain avec des portes serviettes rouillées, douche complètement obstruée. Le radiateur était un nid de poussière. Chambre avec un « lit King size », en réalité il s’agissait plus d’un grand lit simple.

Decent stay for 2 nights, for this price. Dont expect a nice room, but the bed is oke, and the toilet clean
Pros:

Location, only 3 minutes walk to earls court station

Cons:

The window frame was old and rotten, so that outside noise came in at night. Shower handle moldy. Just renovate the rooms a little
