Acceptable Hotel
Pros:

This is an average Thai accommodation. You might think of it as an old Motel 6. This is a 5 or 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. There are a dearth of hotels in the area. As long as you have low expectations this is an acceptable place to stay. My girlfriend had to change rooms twice. The first room had holes in the walls, the second room they did not clean and there was no remote for the Air Conditioner. If they provide you a subpar room ask to be changed to another room. They readily changed rooms.

One piece of advice is do not prepay for breakfast. It is less expensive to simply pay at the hotel.

Good hotel if you need to stay in that particular area. Getting taxis to Bangkok city centre and back to the hotel can be challenging. Expect to pay 300 - 400 Bhat, including toll charges.
