Not horrible and not good either
Pros:

Location was great--a block from Grafton Street and a reasonable walk to O'Connell, Temple Bar, and the like. Bed was huge, bathroom was too.

Cons:

TV didn't work (couldn't tune in channels and couldn't connect it to the wifi for streaming), water pressure was meagre, a bright spotlight from the pub meant even the black out blinds weren't 100% effective. Pub noise was OK with ear plugs. One of the pub customers banged on my door (despite a "do not disturb" sign on the door) thinking my room was the washroom.

Comfortable clean rooms in an excellent location.
Pros:

Great rooms. Comfortable bed & nice bedding. Great & helpful staff.

Cons:

Because of its fantastic location, the premises is on an extremely busy street. At night time there is a lot of noise from revellers in the street below. It can be difficult to get sleep until after 2am.

Pros:

Great location. Easy to access. Nice room.

Cons:

The noise from outside all night was terrible !this is not the hotels fault . You can hear people, rubbish vans, the windows do not seem to block out any noise. My friend and I got bites during our stay but we checked for bed bugs .. was very strange as I’ve seen the doctor and that is what they seem to think it is. The location is great. The rooms are cleaned daily and half the price of the Westbury next door . Also the tv was impossible le to work … took 3 hours ( and I’m a technical wizz). Ridiculous tv and remote control.

Pros:

Le style, l'emplacement idéal, la literie et un petit plus une enceinte Bose, c'est toujours agréable de pouvoir mettre de la musique.

Cons:

La chambre est propre mais pas dans le détail. Filtre de climatisation plein de poussière, derrière la TV énormément de poussière. Manque d'occultation des fenêtres, un spot de la façade donne en plein sur la fenêtre, nous avons quand pu masqué avec des serviettes.

Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado. La habitación es muy amplia.

Cons:

Entra mucha luz y para alguien que le moleste a dormir con luz es muy cómodo. No tiene ascensor y la realidad es que tiene un precio que para lo que nos ofrecen es un poco caro.

Great stay
Pros:

Perfect location, cosy room, great stay

Cons:

Entrance in was very dark and not welcoming. Numerous flights of stairs difficult as a lady with a heavy suitcase

Would go back, good value and very good location with essentials provided by the owners!
Pros:

The cleaning service everyday, the complimentary water, the products provided, location, cosy and comfortable

Cons:

The wifi stopped working after one day so didn’t last the full duration of 3 day stay, location was central but also very noisy with building work and also the bin men and deliveries at early hours being very noisy .

Bella stanza
Pros:

Posizione buona. Stanza molto spaziosa e accogliente. Bella la vetrata e il fatto di avere frigo e microonde in camera. Hanno pulito la stanza, rifatto il letto, cambiato gli asciugamani e rifornito di capsule del caffè e tisane ogni giorno.

Cons:

In mezzo alle lenzuola c’erano capelli e peli di qualcun altro, ciò mi fa dubitare sulla pulizia.
