Le 21 juin en pleine canicule, le monsieurqui nous a accueillsi n'avait même pas pris la peine de mettre en route dans notre chambre la climatisation. IL ne prit même pas la peine de nous expliquer comment elle fonctionnait . il semnlait si pressé de partir..

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen, die durch die Internetpräsenz geweckt wurden. Es gibt deutliche Differenzen zwischen den Online-Bildern und dem tatsächlichen Zustand vor Ort. Das Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer weisen einen erheblichen Renovierungsstau auf. Das Badezimmer ist insgesamt viel zu klein und beengt, zudem ist die Einrichtung komplett desolat. Hier wurden offensichtlich keine professionellen Handwerksarbeiten durchgeführt – es wirkt eher so, als sei ein ungelernter Bastler am Werk gewesen. Zudem ist das Zimmer nicht mit einem Klimagerät ausgestattet. Das Personal wirkte distanziert und wenig gastfreundlich; man fühlte sich als Gast nicht willkommen. Im Hotel selbst fehlen zudem ansprechende Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten ausserhalb des eigenen Zimmers. Der Autoparkplatz befindet sich zwar in einem gesicherten Hof, liegt jedoch einige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Zudem befindet sich die Parkfläche in einem optisch schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand.

Pros:

De locatie, de parkeermogelijkheid, de binnenplaats om te ontbijten. De kamer was degelijk maar gedateerd

Close to all amenities

Cons:

That I got a spam call on what’s app to pay for hotel but it was already payed for this means someone had taken my phone no off booking . Luckily I checked with hotel first and they said it was spam . Shower in room needed a attention as when you turn on it spa rays everywhere as loose . Also air con not working properly either

Absolutely abysmal. Have never had such a bad experience.

We booked a “superior room” which was the top tier but instead got a basic room. The room price on the door was less than half what we paid. The room absolutely stank of damp, even with the windows open and thus was hard to sleep in. Next morning the cleaners had all the room doors open and showed us the superior rooms, they where much bigger, had much superior decoration and the bathrooms bore no resemblance to the damp one we had with a rusty shower. The hotel tried to make out it was because we wanted to change from third to second floor. This is untrue, the receptionist breezily said “I think you would prefer second floor” not stating there would be any siting the standard of room. Because we checked in just before seven when we went down to complain the receptionist had gone for the night and thus no one to complain to. After texting owners all they offered was free breakfast @10 € each. The receptionist would not admit they were in the wrong and still charged us for parking. We left feeling he was insulting our intelligence and that we had been ripped off.
