Otelde sürekli bütün odaları rahatsız eden bir hidrofor sesi mavcut tüm odalarda konaylayanlar rahatsızdı resepsiyon kendini beğenmiş bir tipdi ayrıca televizyon kumandası bile odada yoktu resepsiyonda istediğimizde yanlış kumandayı verdiler 2 kez

Pros:

When i Booked room in hotels.com website for my account showed secret cost program cost 81.00 euro for two rooms, but in reception said, that I must paid 90.00 euro (I not give special secret cost,wich showed in my acount in hotels.com).

Hizmet yetersiz bir otel
Pros:

Bayram tatilini geçirmek için gittiğimiz otele arifeden 1 gün önce gittik misafirler için hazır olmayan otel ilk gün kahvaltısı iki aile olduğu için midir bilinmez çok yetersizdi.Ancak bayramın 1 günü kahvaltı zenginleşti. Çalışanları çok soğuk ve asık suratlıydı. Valizimiz taşımak konusunda yardımcı bile olmadılar. Temizlik için odaya hiç gelinmedi Ayrıca otel merkeze çok uzak ya araba olacak yada minübüs kullanmak gerekiyor.

Pros:

Konakladığımız oda çok küçük ve havasız, kliması çalışmıyordu. Tüm gece boyunca koridor ve otelde inanılmaz bir gürültü vardı. Ayrıca house keeping istememize rağmen saat 07:30'da kapımız ısrarla çalındı.
