Pros:

excellent staff, very helpful, excellent breakfast

Cons:

apparently at this time of year an automatic system shuts off the air conditioning. This would not have been a problem except the hotel is in a heavily traffic area and was very noisy with the windows open.

Pros:

Pěkný hotel, velké očekávání.

Cons:

Nefunkční karta od pokoje, na recepci obdržen klíč a že karta bude funkční uvnitř (že to tak tento pokoj dělá), karta vevnitř nefunkční, opěr recepce, prý opraví údržba, po opravě karta nefunkční a světla svítí naopak stále. Snídaně dostatečná, ale nesplnila očekávání z fotografií.

Great hotel close to airport with nice breakfast included
Pros:

Great breakfast, lovely staff, beds, linens, location near airport, clean, comfy room. Enjoyed our stay. Such a handy spot to stay before or after a flight

Cons:

We were there 2 nights and our room was not cleaned during that time. We did get fresh towels on request though.

Clean and affordable option
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms with good location for airport. Staff were great with communication to arrange a shuttle and to meet our special requests. They were very helpful to provide directions for bus routes and things to do and see in Zagreb. Breakfast was great- good variety and tasty

Cons:

It is a bit of distance from city center and not much to do in area. However, we chose it for it's location to the airport.
