Pros:

Convenient location less than 10 minutes. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Easy arranged paid pickup and drop off at airport.

Cons:

During the night, a whistling sound like a pump running all night was annoying, and street manhole kept changing every time a car passed by!

Super clean hotel with excellent staff located a short distance from Airport
Pros:

10 minutes from the airport with main routes close by. Excellent supermarket behind the hotel and the town of Velika Gorica feels very safe, with a number of bars, cafes and ice cream parlours to enjoy. Hotel is spotless and the staff are super helpful and pleaseant to deal with. Stayed 7 nights and nothing negative experienced.

Great stay--highly recommend!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel--great rooms and wonderful staff. We were only here for a night, but it was a great night. Beds are comfy and location is perfect (for flying out of Zagreb next day)

Cons:

My stay was disappointing overall. No one assisted with my luggage upon arrival, and when I requested help, I was asked to wait even though the lobby was not busy and there was no queue at check-in. I did not feel welcomed by the staff.

The room lacked basic amenities such as complimentary bottled water and dental kits, which I would expect from a hotel of this standard. In addition, the bed was not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The lobby was also quite small and felt crowded. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet my expectations.
