The upsetting part... when we arrived the room had an undercounter pot lite where the TV is; was hanging down. Im an electrician and that is an electrocution hazard.

In the bedroom, the window wasn't sealed properly so cold air and lots of outside noise from local bar patrons, so sleeping was an issue.. my wife and I had decided to sleep on the pullout couch instead, then the pull out section kept disconnecting itself from the rest of the couch, so I found myself on the floor multiple times throughout the night.

Next were other patrons of the hotel, up party into the early hours of the morning. I noticed the walls were pretty thin.

In the kitchen one of the lift open cupboard doors was loose and has an uneven gap separating the two cupboards.

In the bathroom the sliding glass door track on the bottom is not secured to the shower itself, resulting in near injury in both in kicking the loose metal and in the case if anyone bumped into that glass door it could swing freely and break

This is multiple safety issues that I had noticed. In this case I would have been nervous having a child there.

Notably I could have reached out to bower directly, but in the event of this many safety violations I feel it should be directed into the review, which is rather unfortunate because I love my last stay there.

Would have liked a TV in the bedroom also.

We have been very satisfied and would highly recommend this property

Hard to control thermostat temperature in the bedroom

Only thing was the parking lot. A truck parked near the front parking entrance so it was hard to park with that big truck there.

Found the check in process a little awkward because of it being through a virtual reception situation. Once we figured things out it was fine and there seemed to be human interaction via text. Initially was confused about parking and ensuring that my car wouldn’t be ticketed. But after completing the reservation and getting check in details emailed it seemed to make more sense. The apartment was lovely once we figured check in details out. Were seniors so virtual reception was a new experience but would highly recommend this hotel now that I know how to navigate

The window in room 303 in the bedroom the crank handle is broken so you’re unable to open the window and the other thing I noticed there’s quite a few burnt out bulbs in the hallways going up the stairs on the bicycles may be a deep clean on some of the lamps, the lightbulbs of the hallways they were kind of dustybut the apartment itself was spotless
