Pros:

Las amenidades del hotel dejan mucho, ya que tiene unas almohadas horribles, un colchón de lo más incómodo qué hay y para colmo no tiene edredón solamente una Saba irá para taparte.
No volvería hospedarme aquí.

La ubicación esta excelente, muy cerca del cenote azul y acceso muy fácil. Recibimos una excelente atención por parte de Jose quien es el recepcionista del hotel. El nos apoyo bastante para que la estadía fuera perfecta.

No nos hospedamos en el hotel El Mirador, nos ofrecieron el Hotel Chak Sol y aceptamos. Nos asignaron una habitación que no funcionaba la regadera, no lo solucionaron durante el día y nos cambiaron a otra habitación a las 10 de la noche.
Al personal le falta capacitación en hoteleria

Good place for one night

Good value for money but it was quite loud with people talking outside the room the whole night. Friendly staff and good access to the southern sights of the lake.

Muy mal, alejado del centro, la habitacion en malas condiciones, almohadas duras, hormigas en la pared colchon viejo, internet muy inestable, nada cercano para comer, en relacion al precio muy mal Caro para lo que es la habitacion, moho en el lavabo, descuidado en general nada que ver con las fotos publicados. Sin vista a la laguna...
