Buen lugar, pero cuidado con el desayuno
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, con personal muy amable y con buenas recomendaciones. La habitación muy agradable, una estadía cómoda.

Cons:

Hicimos una reserva para dos adultos y un niño. Año final resultó que la reserva incluía la habitación pero no el desayuno del niño, y aparecieron cargos inesperados. Es algo que no estaba en la descripción de booking no en lo que nos comunicó el lugar.
También las opciones de desayuno eran limitadas, inclusive un chocolate o un café con leche no estaban incluidos. Tenían unos omeletes muy ricos, eso sí.
Importante llevar repelente; varios zancudos se colaron à las habitación.
Igualmente, el desayuno en términos efectivos estaba listo à las 8.20 por temprano (no es buffet, sino à la carta) para quienes estén esperando que este lugar sea una opción para ir a toures que inician temprano por el hecho de tener desayuno incluido.

Pros:

Très bonne localisation, personnel adorable et attentif, très agile sur la communication, excellent petit-déjeuner sur le toit avec belle vue sur la ville

Cons:

Chambre et salle de bain un peu justes, odeur de peinture fraîche un peu forte, ce serait bien de ventiler un peu la chambre quand elle est vide.

Excelente servicio, calidez y atención.
Pros:

Me encanto el hotel, el servicio por parte del dueño y su personal, fueron muy atentos y serviciales, nos causaron una excelente impresión y estuvieron muy al pendiente en todo. La ubicación muy buena, los desayunos deliciosos, también nos apoyaron si ocupabamos alguna cosa que no estuviera en la habitación... muchas gracias!

Una muy agradable estancia por el servicio y atenciones del personal y la ubicación perfecta
Pros:

El servicio y atención tanto del hotel como del restaurante maravilloso, Es un hotel muy cómodo, agradable y la atención inmejorable. El desayuno de maravilla. Fue una estancia muy agradable para mi hija y para mí. El gerente y el mesero que nos atendía se esmeraron en todo momento por que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda. Gracias!!

Cons:

El ruido en la habitación. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario, pero es un poco pequeña.

Convenient short stay in a great location
Pros:

The room was quite small and basic, but comfortable and well equipped with water dispenser, wifi and a large bed. I would recommended for a short stay in Oaxaca thanks to the great location few mins walk from the center.
No noise at all, we slept very good.
Plus is the beautiful terrace with very good breakfast!
The owner was very welcoming and nice, and helped us with the taxi when leaving the hotel.

Cons:

The room is quite small, there is not a lot of space for the luggages - not a problem for us as we stayed only 2 nights but to be considered for longer stays.
The bathroom could use a bit of renovation but it was ok.

Decent and friendly place to spend a night
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had to leave before breakfast for the airport and they offered to prepare sandwiches and ordered us a cheaper cab. Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean.

Pros:

The staff are friendly and attentive. I had a couple early morning excursions where i didn't have time for a full breakfast, but Cesar offered to bring me coffee and fruit despite the kitchen not yet being open.
The location was convenient. The accommodations were comfortable. The AC worked great. Both water temperature and pressure in the pressure were satisfactory. I am also a huge fan of of the rooftop patio where i enjoyed breakfast and quiet time several evening during my stay. I've already extended my current stay by two nights and will absolutely consider staying at Comala when i return to Oaxaca in the future.

Cons:

My room was on the front side of the building facing the street (Pino Suarez), which can be a little noisy in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel and they do provide noise making machines in the room which helps mask the noise from outside.
