El servicio y atención tanto del hotel como del restaurante maravilloso, Es un hotel muy cómodo, agradable y la atención inmejorable. El desayuno de maravilla. Fue una estancia muy agradable para mi hija y para mí. El gerente y el mesero que nos atendía se esmeraron en todo momento por que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda. Gracias!!
El ruido en la habitación. La habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario, pero es un poco pequeña.

The room was quite small and basic, but comfortable and well equipped with water dispenser, wifi and a large bed. I would recommended for a short stay in Oaxaca thanks to the great location few mins walk from the center.
No noise at all, we slept very good.
Plus is the beautiful terrace with very good breakfast!
The owner was very welcoming and nice, and helped us with the taxi when leaving the hotel.
The room is quite small, there is not a lot of space for the luggages - not a problem for us as we stayed only 2 nights but to be considered for longer stays.
The bathroom could use a bit of renovation but it was ok.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had to leave before breakfast for the airport and they offered to prepare sandwiches and ordered us a cheaper cab. Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean.

The staff are friendly and attentive. I had a couple early morning excursions where i didn't have time for a full breakfast, but Cesar offered to bring me coffee and fruit despite the kitchen not yet being open.
The location was convenient. The accommodations were comfortable. The AC worked great. Both water temperature and pressure in the pressure were satisfactory. I am also a huge fan of of the rooftop patio where i enjoyed breakfast and quiet time several evening during my stay. I've already extended my current stay by two nights and will absolutely consider staying at Comala when i return to Oaxaca in the future.
My room was on the front side of the building facing the street (Pino Suarez), which can be a little noisy in the morning. Not the fault of the hotel and they do provide noise making machines in the room which helps mask the noise from outside.
The staff were amazing, English speaking and very accommodating. Breakfast is brilliant, not rushed, fresh and they gave us an early morning coffee on our leaving morning.
It's well laid out and safe. We spent a bit of time on the roof enjoying some cold beers!
The only small tweak we would of appreciated was a larger top sheet.
Great location and staff are super friendly. Very simple rooms that have what you need. The terrace overlooking Oaxaca is lovely. The breakfast was also good.
Maybe slightly outdated bathrooms in the rooms.

I absolutely loved Comala ! The rooms were great, the location is wonderful - super close to all the action. The hospitality and attention given by Andres and Alex was exceptional. I highly recommend this property. The food was also excellent! Uber doesn’t operate in Oaxaca and they were very helpful getting us taxis anytime we needed a ride. A+ !
