Great value for money , in good location , parking 200 metres away , NO lift
Pros:

located jusr 200 metres from the main bars and resturants.
Room basic, but very clean.
Breakfast was included , and was plenty , and great value considering the room price.

Cons:

NO lift !!!!!
rooms on 2nd / 3rd and 4th floors.
Booked months in advance and asked for lower level room , but ended up on the 3rd floor ?????
Ask for a room rear facing as a lot of street noise !

Budget stay in good location.
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was really good for exploring the town and close to trams. The hotel seems to have been refurbished recently and this was good. The room was spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

It’s unfortunate that the bathroom hadn’t been refurbished like the bedroom. It was disappointing and the shower fixing was broken. We didn’t hear any noise from outwit but heard EVERYTHING from our neighbours. The mattress was not comfortable.

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très moyen... C'est vraiment dommage. Pour finir il manque le numéro des étages sur les portes côté escalier...

bien situé, personnel gentil la jour mais personne la nuit malheureusement

Cons:

Aucune insonorisation, la chambre à coté de la notre a mis la TV à de 23h00 à 3h30 du matin, impossible de dormir. La personne était complémente ivre et personne à l'accueil la nuit. La personne qui partagé la chambre avec moi a préféré aller dormir dans sa voiture plutôt que de rester dans la chambre.
Venez avec des bouchons.

A unique 'first guest' experience, but a promising one for the future of the place
Pros:

This one is a bit special. I was the first guest in the hotel after they renovated it. So I had a rather singular experience. First of all, I was the sole guest in the hotel that night. Second, some of the facilities were not working yet. Third, they offered me breakfast.
+ Amazingly good breakfast, one of the best I had in a hotel (and the freshly pressed orange juice is really nice)
+ Very friendly and competent staff
+ Excellent location in the city centre

Cons:

- The WiFi did not work properly.
- There is no lift. I didn't need one, but for some people, it might be troublesome.
- The bathroom can get cold in winter, I guess!
- There is very little light in the room.
