Dusk Hotel

The room has a horrible smell like damped laundry. Restrooms were rusty and dirty.

I'm in town visiting my daughter & needed a quick place to land. My daughter stopped by to drop something off and a random staff guy came banging on my door screaming "no guests!" I was so scared, like who is this guy? Then management came to my door and he said "I've been watching you on the cameras. Guests are not allowed!" and told me to leave. I said, "You've been watching me??" and he had this weird look staring at me. I had the door barely cracked because he was so intimidating. Their "no guests" policy I assumed meant overnight, not my daughter stopping by for a minute. Management literally told me to leave, which was fine because these guys scared me to death. And the hotel is deeply run down and smells awful anyway. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOTEL. Felt so unsafe.

And by the way, even if a hotel guest does have friends/family for whatever reason, management should mind their own business. It's deeply creepy to spy on your guests.

Not far from most of the main tourist attractions of Hollywood with some good places to eat nearby, the room wasn’t bad and the staff were helpful

Great and helpful staff, very close to Hollywood walk of fame and to many food options

Loved the stay. Definitely great location, everything near to walk. A great breakfast sandwich place around the corner.

Lovely swimming pool. Room was ok but needed maintenance. Area around the accommodation was dodgy as, lots of homeless druggies. They left us alone however so weren’t a problem.

Dirty staff and service are terrible

It has a nice swimming pool the beds are comfortable only a few blocks from Hollywood Blvd the only problem was the air conditioner wasn't cooling that well other than that great place

The TV did not work for my entire stay. The room next to me smoked marajuana all night long both night I stayed and it got into my room very unpleasant

Dirty, bathroom door in bad conditions.

Location Very Wise, Good Private Parking Spot, but the alongway the hall was so smelly and the room is dirty, even the bathroom curtain was broken and water sometimes also smelly

About a 10 minute walk to Hollywood Boulevard which was nice. And wasn’t overly noisy either. Staff were super nice and friendly. But the only thing I had a problem with was the black mold growing in the corners of the bathroom and the stopper that came with it was almost black. There was tons of dusy

Front desk person was cleaning their feet and another staff just glared most of the time watching constantly. The lamps were rusty and weren’t connected and the rooms smelt of weird chemicals.

So many shops for food , beauty , & entertainment all within walking distance
