I really enjoyed my stay at the Post Oak Hotel. The night supervisor Slava was very professional, respectful, and always ready to help. He made sure everything was running smoothly during the night and checked that guests were

Among the most, if not, the most exceptional luxury hotels in the United States. The service is spectacular, the staff is friendly, engaging and accommodating. The accommodations are fabulous.. The food and beverage is excellent with choices available for a variety of tastes. Housekeeping is fabulous and the technology is exceptional. The amenities at this luxury resort, including the spa pool and beverage areas are without equal.

Truly, one of the top hotels we’ve stayed at from check-in to check out everything was fantastic. A must stay if you’re in the Houston area.

The experience was 10 out of 10. The room, amenities, service are unmatched - movie-like - with motorized curtains, deep soaking tub, and Bluetooth speaker system throughout the suite. It’s a vibe. On site restaurant options will not disappoint. Definitely pack a bathing suit – you’re going to want to spend some time poolside. My husband and I previously stayed at The Post Oak Hotel in August to celebrate our anniversary. While our initial visit was pleasant, it did not quite meet the five-star standard we had anticipated. Following that stay, your management team kindly reached out and encouraged us to give The Post Oak another opportunity, and we are so glad we did.

We recently returned to celebrate my husband’s birthday and experienced absolute perfection from check-in to check-out. We enjoyed the concierge level accommodations, dined in the lounge, visited the bars, and ordered room service. Every interaction was exceptional.

We would like to extend special recognition to Caleb and Cassandra in the lounge. They both went above and beyond during our stay.

This visit was, without question, a true five-star experience. We look forward to returning for future staycations and have already begun recommending The Post Oak to friends and family.

From the moment my ride arrived until the time I checked out, I felt completely taken care of at The Post Oak Hotel. The level of service and attention to detail is unmatched. The concierge, front desk, and in-room dining staff all made my stay remarkable.

The room itself was stunning, peaceful, luxurious, and so comfortable that I honestly didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was amazing, and while I wish I could’ve tried the crab cake, I truly appreciated how the dining team prioritized my no-dairy diet and made sure I was well taken care of.

Incredible luxury, first class service! Incredible rooms, modern and clean. Staff is great and attentive and some of the most enjoyable Sushi I have had. Bring your spouse, plenty to do, beautiful relaxing spa and a great pool area.

Fantastic hotel! I travel around the world and this one is easily in my Top 3 of all stays (over 30+ years)! Wonderful staff, great rooms, absolutely superb food (better than most Michelin restaurants), and great location. I stay about 150+ nights in hotels, annually, and this was an experience that I will long remember. Conference facilities (and food) were also top-tier. This place is without a doubt a real "cut above" the rest when compared to other 5-star experiences! If you are in Houston, this should be your first and only choice!

Peace and quiet in the heart of one of America's largest cities. While the physical properties of this hotel are amazing, the staff is what makes this a superb environment. Each member seems to have the agency he or she needs to assure that each guest is made to feel welcomed and at ease.

I recently stayed at The Post Oak Hotel, and everything about my experience was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend this month to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in a concierge suite and had an absolutely amazing time- the concierge staff helped make our arrival special, sending me options for room decor and food/drink. We arrived to a gorgeous view with a spread of sweets and prosecco, balloons and rose petals, that blew us away. The room was clean, stocked with high end liquors and wines, and had Aqua di Parma toiletries stocked in our beautiful marble bathroom. The concierge lounge had an amazing selection of rotating food throughout the day, and the lounge staff were all extremely warm and helpful with our questions and requests. The views on floor 21 are amazing, the bed was plush and comfortable, and the ability to open and close drapes all across the suite was awesome. We utilized the pool most while we stayed and the pool staff was also very friendly and warm, helping us choose a spot and set up, and checking in frequently on if we were hungry or thirsty. The walkability to restaurants was awesome, we enjoyed dinners at Bloom and Bee and Mastros during our stay. This is an excellent splurge for a staycation if you are local, everything we enjoyed was worth the price.

This hotel is a literal dream. The staff, the food, the propriety. My only regret is that I was only there for one night. I cannot WAIT to go back and do it all over again!
