Fantastic place to stay.
Pros:

Huge rooms, comfortable beds, crystal clear pool and excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Really nothing but if I had to say anything negative there's a short walk to the busier part of An Bang Beach (only 10-15mins flat walk) and the beach directly across from Santa Sea was erroded by recent storm. This is not something that would deter me from staying here again and recommending to my friends. Staff expect the beach to be repaired by eary 2026 and we will definitely be back to check if out.

Just right in front of the beach
Pros:

- perfect location just in front of the beach
- helpful owner, fullfilling every need, bringing additional furniture, fruits, fixing problems
- got room upgrade for the same price
- got back room to sleep during strong windy weather
- free cosmetics and water every day

Cons:

- in November beach looked nothing like on the pictures. It is dug up, sand bags all over the shore to protect it from the typhoons and storms, it looked and felt scary
- cleaniness could be better
- it would improve communication much more if staff speaks better English
- room has leaky windows, if there is heavy rain and wind, water comes into the room and I couldn't sleep because of terrible wind noise and creaking windows (even earplugs didn't help)

Le chants des vagues, et la magnifique ville d’An Hoi a 8 mn de taxi.
Pros:

l’hôtel est très bien placé en bord de plage, au calme. Des restaurants à proximité et la plage de An Bang accessible à pied.
Accueil chaleureux, nous avons été surclassés avec balcon vue sur mer. Bercés par le
bruit des vagues. Le petit déjeuner est préparé sur mesure selon vos goûts.

L’hébergement est indéniablement paradisiaque. L’accueil du personnel est vraiment chaleureux et j’ai pu avoir accès rapidement à toutes les petites adresses de bord de mer. L’hôtel est à 4 secondes de la plage. Le coin est vraiment calme et en même temps on peut croiser au bord de la mer un restaurant festif qui permet également de rencontrer du monde. Séjour incroyable, je recommande les yeux fermés

The beach was not what we expected and didn’t match the photos.
Pros:

Clean and spacious room.

Cons:

The beach was nothing like the pictures. There wasn’t much of a beach and it had tons of trash both on the beach and on the path there. There’s construction going on at the adjacent property and overall this beach was not ideal. We were pretty disappointed about that and wish there was more transparency about the current conditions of the area.

Pros:

Hele vriendelijke personeel en behulpzaam op alle vlakken. Warm ontvangst en ontbijt was niet veel, maar wel goed. Elke dag vers fruit. Heerlijk!
Nog geen 200 meter van strand. Onze kamer had uitzicht op het strand, echt heel mooi.
Nette ruime kamers. Elke dag schone handoekken en strandlakens.
Hotel heeft eigen ligbedden, ook erg fijn.
Zeker een aanrader. Wij komen ook zeker terug!

Cons:

We hadden vervoer vanuit vliegveld geregeld en moesten alsnog bijna een uur wachten voordat de chauffeur kwam. Dat viel tegen na een lange reisdag.
