Wir sind „Wiederholungstäter“ - das sagt alles! Die Lage an der A96 ist ideal! Auch die Möglichkeit zur Entspannung in der Sauna schätzen wir sehr!

Einzelne Person an Rezeption mindert den sonst guten Gesamteindruck.
Pros:

Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken in guter Qualität. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Der erste Kontakt an der Rezeption hat uns nicht gefallen. Unfreundlich und kurz ab wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer noch nicht frei sei. Ein weiterer Hinweis in schroffem Ton: "Sie sind sehr früh". Kein freundliches Wort oder das Angebot, die Koffer schon als abstellen zu können.

Abends Wellness und ein leckeres Frühstück zum Start in den neuen Tag. Sehr schön.
Pros:

Die Sauna nach einem anstrengenden langen Tag war top. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Service war sehr freundlich und unsere extra Wünsche wurden voll und ganz erfüllt.
