Pros:

Would only give us one key card. Could not keep the air conditioning on when we left room with out it plugged into slot for an hour to eat dinner. Room was 80 degrees plus. Come back to a hot room after dinner. The room was 80 plus degrees when we got there. They should have cooled the room down. Very hot and muggy in Thailand.

Quiet. Good service.

Cons:

The deposit safe was not working; they knew it wasn't work as they only put 3 batteries inside. I inserted the 4th battery, but it still didn't work. The toilet seat was misplaced. The washing sink drainage did t have a lid.

It was good to be back
Pros:

Stayed a few times before. Good location close to the Bangkok river and plenty of things you can do at your own leisure. It was good to be back 😊

Cons:

Can't really fault any bad things. The room may be a little bit small but it's good enough for the money 😀

Superb

Cons:

The water coming out of the sink and shower was cloudy and it didn’t change even after we informed the staff and they just said it would probably go away. The water from the sink in the lobby was clean, so not the whole hotel was affected. The bed was comfortable, but there were stains on the towels and bed sheets.

Reception staff provide poor service, having only check-in duties. With an unsmiling face and the restaurant in the accommodation has a very beautiful atmosphere and view of the bridge both day and night in the accommodation. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff were not willing to welcome them even though they were accommodation customers. Because if you want to sit and admire the view The staff will tell you right away that you only need to order food. Unfortunately, the staff provided such basic information. And as for the other employees, there are only older women. It seems that there is no duty to help customers at the accommodation. Which makes me feel like I don't get any kindness from here at all.

I felt very bad at this appartment and my first thinking was when I checked in that I need a new hot
Pros:

The view from the terrace was the only nice thing.

Cons:

the rooms were dirty. When I got to my room there was even urine in the toilet. the bathroom was on the balcony and the balcony was very small and I wasn't even allowed to smoke there. The accommodation basically consisted of a room with a bed in it and a disgusting bathroom on the balcony. Before I was for this price in a very beatiful hotel so I can not recommended this hotel.
