Great accomodation
Pros:

The one bedroom apartment was fantastic, very modern, everything you could possibly need.

Cons:

I requested late check out and considering it wasn’t very busy and they wouldn’t be needing the room for someone else right away I was extremely disappointed that they wouldn’t even consider allowing me to checkout a little later than 10am. I was only staying the one night on this occasion and didn’t check in till around 4.30 pm the previous night so it would have been nice to not be rushed out the door so early. I have ongoing family commitments in the area for the next 12 months and will be needing regular accommodation in the area over that time so will other family members and I think the appartments are fantastic so had the staff been willing to accommodate my late check out request I would have been happy to not only continue to stay at this location on a regular basis over the next year but to also recommend it to other family and friends.

Pros:

Great staff, clean and nice cardio equipment

Cons:

Since I already organised my check in time , I expected the room would be cool as soon as I checked in , unfortunately it wasn’t in a 28 degree day and was very warm and the AC needed at least an hour to get it to right temp.

Enjoyable stay 20 min drive from the CBD
Pros:

We booked this hotel during the F1 Australian Grand Prix - it was the more affordable option outside of the Melbourne CBD (still quite expensive) but we're so glad we did it as it saved us over $2k and we just took ubers to Albert Park everyday. The hotel was super comfortable, came equipped with everything we needed included a kitchenette with pots and pans to cook, a laundry and spacious bedrooms.

The receptionist also called me about an hour before check-in was closed and made sure I got a code for the lock box as I was still waiting to board my flight to Melbourne.

Cons:

I know it's supply and demand but wish it was still cheaper than what we paid haha.

Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, nice and private with no outside room noise from hallway or other rooms! Location was great too - only minutes away from the tram stop!
