Le personnel ne parlait pas bien le français et était très peu accueillant
Cons:

Le petit déjeuner a été servi avec 20 minutes de retard, et il n'y avait pas suffisamment pour tous les clients
La chambre était mal isolée et l'hôtel bruyant

Pour le prix de base c'est bien. J avais réservé en ligne sur booking.com le 17décembre pour la nuit du 19 décembre . A mon arrivé le réceptionniste m'a refait payé 47.33 (petit déjeuner inclus) me disant que la réservation en ligne était un genre de caution et que ce n'est pas débité. A mon retour de week-end, surprise le prélèvement en ligne +le paiement à la réception débité. Donc 40,50 €+47,33€ un peu cher pour le type d hôtel. Un mail de réclamation Plus une relance au service administratif de Fasthotel à ce jour toujours pas de nouvelles. Cordialement

Pros:

La chambre pu la cigarette 🚬, c'était irrespirable, c'est pas aéré,c'était un calvaires pendant mon séjour alors que s'était sensé être une chambre NON FUMEUR ! La douche n'a même pas de savon, la télé s'était tout seul alors que tu es entraîne de regarder et la télécommande ne répond plus ! La serviette est très vieux ! Toute est négatifs !
En tout cas je n'y reviendrai plus jamais dans cette hôtel !
