Beautiful apartment a few steps away from the water, shopping and restaurants.

Great location. Room was clean and large. The only thing off putting was the smell in the entrance to the building. Also, the front door of the building was supposed to be only accessible by using a lock code but we were able to open the door just by pushing it. Property should fix this security loop hole.

Very clean, great location and our suite had a small view of the Duoro River. Although advertised as soundproof rooms, you can still hear guests when they are in the hallway by the elevator. We still enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic apartment in an ideal central location. Parking not ideal and quite expensive in the area , shop before arriving .. else this place is perfect!! Highly recommend

Fantastically placed to experience the old Part of Porto, and in walking distance to all the major sites.

The maintenance team need extra staff as there were many items requiring fixing, that were never fixed.

Nice comfortable apartment. Black out blinds and sound proofing was effective. Could get a little noisy with the occasional motor bike coming through the tunnel. Staff were great and just 2 mins walk from the river. Beautiful.

Even though we were at street level it was quiet. The air conditioner was a welcome relief on a hot day.

We really enjoyed our stay the the Arc Carris apartments. If you are looking to be in downtown Porto close to grocery, restaurants, shopping, etc you cannot beat this property.

The property management was also excellent to deal with us. When our flight was delayed on our check out day they allowed us to check out late and stored our bags for very cheap so we could enjoy the day in Porto.

Our one recommendation would be to fix the hot water situation. The temperature of water that came out of the shower was erratic, constantly changing on its own.

It was great, safe and very spacious

Everything worked out perfectly. Since we had read the reviews we knew about the check in process. Our concerns were rapidly addressed and we had a nice and smooth stay. Despite the location of the apartments in such a busy area of Porto, the windows were soundproof and we slept well. Breakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful.

I highly recommend staying at the Apartamentos The Arc Carris when you are in Porto. Beautiful modern room, kitchen and bathroom. A large deck with table and chairs overlooks the street. One block away from the river. A unique feature is the entrance. It takes you through a large one way window. Very Alice in Wonderland like. I was staying there alone and felt incredibly safe.

Great location and big apartment.

The apartment was very well presented, clean and spacious. It’s in a great situation, near the river, with lots of drinking and dining places nearby.
We booked a breakfast option at an extra cost and I would not recommend that - better to find a breakfast elsewhere.
The apartment itself was exceptional though and I would definitely recommend a stay there.

Right in the heart of Porto

We had a good stay overall, but want people to go in the trx with their eyes open... It's in a very busy and popular area so there's good and bad with that. Good is everything a tourist wants to see is within walking distance. But then there are always loads of people hanging out at the street-level door to the property, including a pan handler who will tell you every day it's his birthday. He's also working with the convenient store clerks next door and the female pan handler across the road, so be aware of all that. Other than that, once you get inside, the property is modern, spacious, nicely decorated, but with a few minor maintenance issues like shower drain is slow, and bathroom sink leaks so everything you place under it will get wet... But I also didn't pay that much so overall solid.

This property is located right in the heart of the waterfront tourist area, close to dining options and plenty of beautiful sights. There is also a small grocery next door. The apartment itself has a beautiful view from the small balcony, but you have to go out onto the balcony to see it. I loved the way the doors opened to the outside to enjoy the fresh air. Our only complaint was that the bed pillows were ridiculously thin. Everything else was wonderful! Can be a bit noisy due to location, but we would stay here again.

The Apartments were great for our one week stay. Having the extra space compared to a hotel room was greatly appreciated. The apartments were clean and well maintained. The location is perfect since you’re less than a 5 minute walk to the Duoro River, Don Luis Bridge and many restaurants.

The only small confusion was where to check-in and access the apartment on the first day since you have to check- in at the main hotel and then cross the street to get to the apartments.

Nothing bad - lovely apartment

Perfect location, 1 minute to the river and 10 minute walk to the old city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The check in was good, but just note that you need to go to the main hotel across the road, and get a code to open the apartments. Slightly hard to find, but once we got there it was smooth!

This apartment stay was wonderful! Great location and views! It was located right by the water walking distance to all the attractions. Breakfast was wonderful being able to start the day with so many options the whole family was happy
