Очень позитивный персонал, готовый сделать отдых комфортным во всем, любые обращения не остаются без ответа. Просили номер потише и повыше, предоставили лучший из свободных на момент заселения. Завтраки заслуживают похвалу, как и работники ресторана. Чтобы не быть голословной- канапе, огурцы, помидоры, моцарелла, мягкий сыр, твердый, колбасы, печеный перец, морковь, картофель, цветная капуста, кабачки, яйца вареные, омлет, бекон, сосиски, йогурт, хлопья, фрукты, выпечка, чай, кофе.

Eine Woche sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr guten und schönem Hotel
Pros:

Die Brötchen beim Frühstück, unterhalten sollte man sich nicht, da staubt es sonst.
Aber das kennt man schon aus früheren Zeiten.
Das Personal hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen

Es war ein Schönes und angenehmes Urlaubserlebnis
Pros:

Gutes ausreichendes Büfett, Die Lage war zentral man konnte in wenigen Minuten aus der Verkehrsberuhigte Zone zu den Hauptstraßen und Autobahn kommen .Bus- und Metroanbindung ganz in der nähe.

Das Mobiliar und Ausstattung in den Zimmer.

La posizione vicino al mare.

Cons:

Camera piccola, lavandino del bagno inutilizzabile per le ridotte dimensioni, servizi in camera scarsi , mancava sempre qualcosa, dai doccia schiuma, carta igienica agli asciugamani.
Pulizia molto scarsa , ho scritto " Ciao " sul bordo nero della testiera del letto , dalla polvere che c' era, poi capelli , sabbia e peli nella doccia , dopo il così detto servizio di pulizie.
Solo quando è capitata una ragazza italiana, molto professionale in servizio, abbiamo avuto la stanza e il bagno puliti con tutti i prodotti al loro posto.
Purtroppo questa ragazza l' abbiamo avuta solo 3 GG.
Quindi credo che per un Hotel 4 stelle, i servizi siano scarsi e la colazione a buffet poco curata.
Brioches secche, spremuta d' arancia annacquata, cappuccino orrendo.
Alla reception, personale gentile, ma poco professionale forse dovuto alla giovane età.
