Ljuljak Hotel

La recepție când sa plătim parcarea , nu a mers plata cu cardul, pe motiv ca nu este eligibil și a trebuit sa mergem în stațiune sa scoatem leva. Culmea, la bancomat cardul a mers 😡Asta nu a fost ok.

В номере не было фена, из туалетных принадлежностей только крохотные бутылочка шампуня и мыло. До моря идти минут 10 с горки, и даже в номере вида на море не было из-за деревьев.

Workers are exceptionally rude and lazy, especially in the so called restaurant (except cooking stuff)

Worst and critical:
-Worker called Silvester took my gfs small bag from the seat and was very aggressive when I saw it and asked it back, he tried to talk to me via translator and explain something and then pushed me(literally) and kept angry eye contact for the rest of our stay. Administration had to calm him down.
-we were here in September, came for dinner and there were not a single free place to seat. We had to wait/take food in the room
- don't expect room service to tidy up, they will just bring you new paper and soap

Not critical, but What can be better:
-Freezer was broken
-There were no tea/coffee in the room/ not even a kettle
-Closest beach is overcrowded and you have to buy place for around 24€ for two persons
-No choice of desserts for breakfast/dinner (photo attached)
-No pool towels included


Better choose another option in golden sands

Отличная вкусная еда, хватало всего, но хотелось бы разнообразний по гарнирам.А так все супер.

La soluzione dei pasti a buffet non mi piace molto, la fila e la ressa rendono stressante il momento della colazione e della cena. La qualità accettabile e mai ecccelsa. La posizione leggermente defilata dal centro va bene per brevi soggiorni altrimenti bisogna sempre mettere in preventivo di camminare buoni 20 minuti per raggiungere il centro.

Almost nothing ,because in pictures looking in one way and when u arrived there is different,the swimming pool is closed at 6 pm so u can t benefit when u come from the beach, the food is almost the worst one what i eat ,the personal the same everybody look with bad eyes of us because we are romanian.When we arrived to the hotel first time they try to tell us we have to pay plus for all inclusive but at the phone we had another price .The bed was uncomfortable we can t have rest there I specified to be just one mattress on the bed and it was 2 u go down between them and more things this was just the important one.

The floor were very dirty. Even though they came and cleaned the room almost daily, our socks became brown in a matter of minutes. The toilet in the restaurant smelled really bad. We had spider web and spiders in our room. The furniture is very old. The room card holder fell apart upon first use and we kept having to put it back on the wall. Also, there is a hotel next to it which has live music every night and it was very loud. It stopped only at 10 pm and it was hard for the baby to fall asleep with that much noise.

În primul rând parcarea, dacă voiai să pleci cu mașina trebuia să aștepți să îți ridice bariera și la fel și când te întorceai, nu este automată. În al doilea rând, nu am văzut asta în niciun alt review însă dacă îți doreai altă băutură pe lângă suc de portocale, de cireșe, de măr sau apă plată trebuia să ceri de fiecare dată de la bar unde nu era mereu un membru al personalului prezent. De asemenea, deși se menționează ca ai access la cafea toată ziua, aparatul de cafea este acoperit de o față de masă după ce se termină micul dejun și nici nu mai ai la dispoziție căni (voi atașa o poză mai jos).

-Храната в ресторанта не беше хубава и липсваха български ястия и пресни зеленчуци. Хотела бе основно зает от учуждестранни туристи, не бе е добро представянето по отношение на храната. Като меню на стол.
-Паркинга е малък и се паркира в тревата.
- Бара на басейна не е зареден с основни неща.

Totul a fost bine, nimic de obiectat.

За мое огромно изумление в едно от шишенцата със шампоан имаше чешмяна вода. Ваната нямаше тапа на сифона и можеше да се използва само душа.
