Ich werde beim nächsten Mal wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Direkt an der Bushaltestelle. So konnte ich in kurzer Zeit zur Messe München gelangen.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Der Komfort ist angemessen.

Cons:

Ich war sehr irritiert, dass die Rezeption auch in den angegebenen Öffnungszeiten nicht besetzt war.
Allerdings funktionierte die Lösung mit dem Schlüsselkasten sehr gut.

Ok if you just require a bed for the night.
Pros:

The photographs on the website showed a lovely breakfast but no staff were on site so no food was available. Also not coffee nor team making facilities were available either.

Suficiente para poder atender a la feria en Messe Munchen
Pros:

Que estaba muy cerca de mi lugar de destino y era la opción más económica, dentro de las que había por la zona.

Cons:

No había nadie literalmente, nada de personal ni servicios, mas que la mujer que viene hacer la limpieza, que no hablaba nada de inglés.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the floor heated bathroom and the room was very spacious
I don't know if this is supposed to be like that, but there was no staff at any point while I was entering or exiting the building. everything was made to work without any staff which is very good.

Cons:

A fridge was not working and there was no way to access the cables powering it. I did not ask the staff because I JJ have the time, but it would have been nice if there was any kind of instruction or obvious way to u it on and off.
