Room was clean, comfortable and had all required amenities. Good location and parking was easy.

Cons:

There are quite a few guesthouses on that stretch of road and the only place it said the name of this property was on a piece of paper on the door which made it a little challenging to find when coming by car. I didn't receive any arrival instructions or information beforehand and so when I couldn't get in I had to call a number that was on the door. The person on the phone was lovely and polite, but asked me what room number I was in, but I didn't know as I hadn't received any info. Had to wait for a call back, who then gave me my room number and lockbox code. Would have been great to receive this in advance or just clear instructions on what to do. However, this was a minor point and would stay again.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

It was easy to find near lots of restaurants and shops. It was comfortable and clean for the most part.

Cons:

It wasn't explained that we had to wait for someone from another building to come and let us in.
Multipul cobwebs in the room and the bed was very squeaky.

Cons:

Cold room, small bathroom and shower, I would have said great value for money but considering I've recently had an excellent value for money booking for the same price, I can't say this about this stay.
