Great place to stay
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good. The shower was excellent. The room was very clean with fresh towels and bedding daily.

2 night stay for pleasure

Location great food including breakfast excellent

Cons:

In our room had a green fluorescent safety light for safety but instead of it being above exit door was directly above bed fixed to ceiling i kept waking during night especially first night there

Would highly recommend.The staff were so helpful,accommodating and cheerful.

Excellent breakfast toast was replenished without asking.
Dinner was plentiful and tasty after a long day .
Clean room with coffee/tea making facilities.
Great location by the river and lovely walk to the seafront.

Great property & lovely food in the pub downstairs
Pros:

Great location on edge of town & 5 minutes walk from Littlehampton train station.
Lovely, modern & clean have stayed a few times now & food downstairs is great.

Cons:

Hair dryer wasn’t hot, just blew out cool air
